After 10 days of discomfort on my current mattress we decided to visit our local OMF having never been there before. After explaining my issues the very helpful employee guided us through in selecting a new mattress which was in stock and available for us to take home! It was a terrific choice and has helped me greatly!

With moving from Sydney to Goulburn, Peta made getting our bed and frame a smooth process. Knowledgeable and approachable - we are glad we were able to pick it all up on the same day. Thanks for your great service.

Went with the wife to have a look at what was available and try out some mattresses. Glad we did as the one we liked online turned out to not be the best option for us in person. With help from the lovely saleslady we decided upon a different mattress and ended up getting a fantastic deal on a package with base and headboard too. After a week sleeping on it, we are very happy with the purchase!

Peta was SUPER friendly and so so helpful! I found my dream mattress and was left to try them all at my leisure, with Peta’s expert guidance. She was so professional, relaxed and easy going, no pressure unlike some salespeople which I often dislike. Fantastic service from both staff members who helped me with my purchase, in particular Liv. Not only super friendly, but a very comprehensive product knowledge as well. Liv was able to work out exactly what I needed from asking basic questions to ensure I bought exactly what both my husband and I needed. Great work team!

Amazing customer service by Peta who assisted us select the mattress just right for us. So friendly, helpful advise and great knowledge of each mattress. We ended up getting the Hamilton and its heaven to get into bed at the end of the day! Stuart was also lovely and thoughtful on the phone organising the delivery and coordinating between the stores for the mattress to be delivered to the right place for us 😊

After having my current mattress for more than eight years, it was well and truly time to buy a new mattress. I was waking up sore in the lower back, and not well rested for the rest of the day.

After looking at the Google reviews, and looking at the range that OMF offered, I didn't look at other bedding places. I went straight to OMF in Goulburn.

I walked in to the store and Trish asked me how she could help me. Trish certainly knows her products very well and gave me plenty of options to try out. After discussing the best options for me, Trish then left me to myself to take my time making a decision. I really appreciated the way she passed on information and let me take my time.

Trish is very easy to trust and I just love the country way of doing business. Love the fact my money supports such a great business and keeps jobs in town.

The staff were absolutely lovely, we had our two small children with us and the staff were so accommodating with providing some colouring in to keep them entertained while we tried out the mattresses. Absolutely love the mattress we purchased we have been having the best night sleeps ever since

I went in today and was helped by Chantelle and Peta, they were both so incredibly helpful. They were amazing with my son while they showed me around, I had every need met and they really just looked after me and were so patient with me.
I’m so happy now and Chantelle even played Tetris with me to get my mattress in my car! Can’t thank them enough ❤❤
