What a wonderful practice! Dr Jenna is absolutely amazing and put my sons at ease during their treatments. Dr Jenna was punctual to all of our appointments so there was no waiting around.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Define Dental for a dental examination with Dr. May Chan, and I couldn't be more impressed. Dr. Chan provided a very thorough examination, paying close attention to every detail and ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. She took the time to ask me questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Additionally, the dental cleaning and overall check-up on every tooth were incredibly thorough, leaving me feeling confident in the health of my teeth and gums. As someone who has been searching for a reliable dentist, I am thrilled to have found Dr. Chan and Define Dental. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone in need of exceptional dental care.

Just had Dr Jabbour remove one of my grandmother‘s teeth. I cannot thank him enough for the grace and care he showed my Nan who was extremely anxious about the whole procedure. I highly recommend his services To everyone not only is he very kind and caring he’s thorough. What more can you ask for?

My family has been coming here since 1974. That speaks volumes for the care and attention we have received and continue to receive from Define Dental. I'm currently going through root canal procedure and I've been kept well informed, the procedure was explained thoroughly. Pricing was discussed so no hidden surprises. I love going to the dentist to be honest, mainly because of the many years of wonderful care I've received and knowing I'm always well looked after. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

A big shout out to Dr Les and Sima for their exceptional level of care, professionalism and personal approach. They always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable, no matter what the procedure, and I trust them completely with my dental care. Also, the newly renovated space is incredible and calming, so filled with light and surrounded by greenery. Well done, an amazing team.

Sima is the best & only dental hygienist that our whole family will go too! We love her. She is like part of the family & knows each one of us personally !! Define dental is the Only place on the coast for dental care!

Been attending Define Dental for about 20+ years now. I will happily travel an hour from Brisbane for my appointments there. The whole team (Les, especially) are so amazing. Never had an issue with any procedures. Couldn’t recommend more.

Define Dental is a friendly welcoming practice. Dr Jenna is just the most incredibly kind and caring professional you will ever come across. Our kids feel very safe and reassured that she will look after them. You definitely don’t need to be nervous in her very capable hands. Plus she always runs on time which is a bonus!

Dr Bootes was the most gentle and lovely dentist I’ve ever been too! I often find myself being very nervous going to these appoinments but he calmed my nerves straight away and was very thorough with his clean & scale. I experienced no pain and I appreciated that he checked on me throughout the appointment.

Dr May is a wonderful dentist, the best! Myself and my children have all had excellent, pleasant experiences as her patients. I’m very happy with the work she’s done on my teeth. Dr May goes above & beyond, clearly explaining everything she’s doing. Her knowledge & skills are amazing. All the staff are professional, efficient operators. The practice is lovely and clean. Dr May made the children feel so comfortable & involved them so that they really enjoyed the experience! We are so pleased to have Dr May as our family’s dentist. Highly recommend.

Dr Bootes is an excellent dentist and I can’t speak more highly of the treatment my family and I receive. The dental nurses are fantastic and the team at reception are so lovely! I highly recommend Dr Bootes and his team.

Came here with my 6 year old who had a little blister on her gum, turned out to be an infected tooth. Dr Jenna was amazing! She was so kind, caring and gentle. My daughter was in no pain at all and was so comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Dr Jenna. Thank you so so much for making this somewhat scary procedure easy for us.

I have been with Define Dental for years. I think they are the very best team of dental medicine in Gold Coast. The dentists and the nurses are caring ,nice,and professional. The clinic has been upgraded little while ago. It makes people feel so hommy and comfortable. Last, the most important, that I should mention about Dr. May Chen. She's a such lovely young girl who has good knowledge and skills. I think I put my dental care in saft hands.

I was so nervous. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt so calm. The staff are so caring and wonderfull. Jenna, my dentist is the best dentist I have ever had . I am no longer afraid of dentists.
