James was amazing assisting my wife with a toe infection while on holiday from Melbourne . He helped access Telehealth via our iPhones and we had a prescription for antibiotics within 30 mins . Very professional and all the staff were very caring and helpful . Toe was sorted within 24 hrs of Taking the medication . Thanks team

We were on day 1 of our holiday when my son broke out in a fever and I had no thermometer or Panadol. The pharmacist was SO helpful and really took the time to assist. He even had a thermometer he used to check my son and he was very empathetic & this is exactly what you need when you are away from home! Thank you!!

James was lovely. Very empathetic & caring with my situation, explained all medication well and helped with all my needs.

Amazing service. Not only is everyone that works here a super model for some reason but they helped me out tremendously which was completely unexpected.
I'm very British and sun burnt so this nice lady helped me select some green stuff that will soothe the burn and stop it from peeling. She even had an awesome tip.of keeping in the fridge so it's nice and cold when applying it. Brilliant idea!
Then I also asked if they perhaps had anything in the way of treating tinnitus. The amazingly attractive team even did a quick look in my ears with some magic camera thing and gave me a sort of general diagnosis. They aren't doctors so I wouldn't expect them to know 100% what's going on, but they definitely were smart and educated to tell what we were looking at. Tinnitus sucks and is a fairly mysterious thing, so there wasn't any major noticeable issue where they couldnt recommend any drops but I greatly appreciate them having a poker around. I kind of wish I had another ailment just so I could go back.

On the last day of our holiday, my daughter woke with a sore ear. Dayna conducted an ear check and identified an infection. She suggested relevant treatment options and provided us with options for seeking medical advice. Her guidance and instruction was helpful and insightful. She was professional, showed empathy and assisted us in every way she could. My daughter was seen by a GP, we obtained antibiotic ear drops and flew out that evening. Dayna’s support and assistance was very comforting and reassuring at a stressful time. I highly commend her outstanding customer service skills and her exact attention to the matter.

When you travel away from home it is difficult to get good medical advice. However in Port Douglas James and the team provide an outstanding service. They helped with an upset tummy and also checked out my ear and provided some tablets to try and ease the symptoms.

Terrific service, well trained staff and pharmacists always willing to help and advise. They are all great!

We were assisted by both Nathan and James.
We needed antiviral medication for my mum who tested positive to covid while on holidays.
The 13 doctor GP had prescribed an antiviral which your Pharmacists picked up was contraindicated with the other medication mum is taking.
They alerted us and we were able to seek further medical review and an alternative script for another antiviral which was safe for mum to use.
We wish to thank both Nathan and James for their ability to use critical thinking and provide excellent patient care.
They were helpful and welcoming at all times and we have very much appreciated the help we have received from your staff.

Popped in to get advice and remedies for insect bites. Di was so helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We felt so reassured by her that the purchases we made were fit for purpose thanks again for such a warm welcome

So thankful for the staff here today helping our kid who had a nasty ear infection. They checked her ears, referred us to a telehealth dr and we got the much needed antibiotics via txt script same day. They saved our holiday. Excellent service!!

The service here is fantastic. A HUGE shoutout to James! I was on holiday in Port Douglas and had forgotten some crucial medication. James was on the ball. I couldn't be more grateful.

My husband and I would like to give James a huge commendation for helping me the other night, I had a very sore head and thought I had scratched it or it was just a pimple, when James looked at it he diagnosed a tick in my head. I was mortified as you can imagine but James kept me calm and said not to worry. He took me into a room and put some tick off on it to kill the horrible thing. He then gave me info to ring a locum to check what I needed to do. The locum recommended thst I go straight to hospital to get it removed which I did, but without James expertise and advise i wouldn’t have known this. So thanks James so much. I even went back a few days later in person to thank him and he was really pleased it all worked out. You have a great staff member there. Such a lovely young man. Thank you John and Janet Sposito

Fantastic pharmacy with very professional and knowledgeable staff. Clare in particular is incredibly helpful and couldn't say "No" when dealing with customers. A brilliant operation.

Despite staff shortage and continual business during the day and lack of any Uber service in Port Douglas, staff were very friendly and ended up delivering our medication and tests to us on the way home.

Catching COVID during our holiday here was a bummer but assistance from locals is making it bearable.
