Felt the need to review this pharmacy as pharmacist Brad was so helpful and caring when I came in concerned about my sons cough. We were up on holidays and hadn’t slept in days. He really went the extra mile in helping us out with some things we could try and next steps if they didn’t help. Some people are just really awesome. Thanks 😊

I am a tour guide who had an emergency when one of my overseas clients lost a medication. Not only did this pharmacist order in the medications so they were there for us to collect, he was so helpful during a stressful time (along with the local medical centre). Thank you so much!!!

The team here were beyond amazing. My partner was not feeling well in the stomach and was emotionally heightened. They immediately attended to her, providing a chair in a section of the chemist with less foot tragic. They supplied water, a cold towel and gave advice on some products that could help. They provided her with sick bags and we took the products they recommended. They were so comforting and extremely empathetic towards us. Thank you for the great service, she has visited this chemist multiple times for different reasons and we will continue to make this our one-stop shop for anything we need on our trips.

Brad and his team are amazing. After a trip to Mossman hospital I needed advice as to what other medications would help alleviate my symptoms and pain. He was incredibly caring, listened and gave sound advice regarding which medications would assist. I had to return a few times for scripts etc and each time he asked after my health. A wealth of knowledge and will go that extra mile to find you the right product.Thank you so much. Lorraine.

Highly recommend this pharmacy, especially Pharmacist Brad Reilly. He went above and beyond his duty of care, to the extent of ringing up for a doctors appointment for us because he considered it urgent.

Went into your Port Douglas store for some prescription medication I hadn't brought enough of from UK. I was hoping there'd be a generic item available. I was also looking for some more sun cream. Sierra came to see if she could help. She was so warm and approachable, very friendly and knowledgeable. She took me to pharmacy counter, showed me the item and then checked her knowledge with the man at desk. Even when I agreed to buy, she came and helped with the sun cream. She definitely deserves praise for her work and friendly customer service.

It wasn't until I was outside the store that I realised I'd visited your place in Airlie Beach where another lovely young girl (pretty, dark hair, slim build) had been so friendly and helpful. I fell in love with your lemon balm soap, and went on to buy more for stocking fillers back home, she actually remembered me and admired what I'd been wearing that day! You obviously train your staff well, in a friendly environment.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and helpful advice that I received. James (JB) was both empathetic and efficient and I can’t thank him enough. I have no hesitation in absolutely recommending this Pharmacy and this pharmacist.

Super helpful employees. I was in Port Douglas for a family holiday and pharmacist, Dominic, was extremely helpful was able to refer me to a telehealth doctor in order for me to get a script for antibiotics! Additionally, staff were also nice, caring, and helpful.

Thank you for your friendly and helpful advice and patience with hubby taking so long on the insect sprays. Fun chemist experience.

Was so glad to come in here today after trying another pharmacy as both the pharmacist and shop assistant were unbelievably helpful and kind, took the time to ask questions and go out of their way to assist - would definitely recommend this pharmacy if you’re in Port Douglas!
