The manager is wonderful coping with what she has an minimal staff,the only thing is that truckies an many others are confused when the signage says 24 seven which is not the case an public holidays etc are a challenge due to travelers an locals wondering how come,I find this a let down on the above business maybe the owner or people whom go to places like Alice springs should do the research before taking a responsibility that might be way over their heads an needs. Other than that like mentioned the Manager an staff are great

Kitchen closes at 9. Not so much 24 Seven anymore

What a joke. 24 Seven. Went in at 7:52pm and asked to order a steak. Was told by the person cooking that kitchen closes at 8pm so can't do a steak. Absolute joke.

Horrible customer service, if she doesn’t like her job then she shouldn’t be in customer service, there’s no excuse to treat customers like trash

Not open 24/7 as advertised. There are open signs everywhere outside but the sign on the door says not open until 5.30am. No good when travelling early!
