We stopped in to top up the caravan. Great range and seemed to be fully stocked. I needed assistance from a few shopfloor staff and they were extremely friendly and helpful.
Went through self serve checkout and the attendant working that area was phenomenal. I wanted to hire her for my own retail store back in Melbourne. She had brilliant customer service. Wish I knew her name so she could get this feedback given to her.

Well stocked store.
I was there at Finke time so it's the busiest it will get but it all runs smooth enough.
Parking is an issue that weekend but is say it's ok any other time

I love Coles it has all l need at a great price and great specials l have shopped at Coles for years l loved the books you had staff are so friendly there always there to help maybe bring in something else for the children my daughter decided to give all her spares to the salvation army please bring in something for the kids they get so excited thankyou

Really good place to do grocery shopping

Stick levels are always low to empty. I understand that they service a major population but come on. Also customer service is...... well it just is.

Really good, decent service.. cheap, a broad array of stuff including reasonably-priced beer (if you haven't got hammered on VB, you ain't lived) which is fairly unusual in Oz and NZ. You can also easily dump your empty cans on an Aborigine fella who'll happily recycle them for some spare change. Btw, I actually gave him two beers. RECOMMENDED.

I hadn't been in town for 6 months if was looking a bit grubby. But was fairly well stocked.

Great shop. Much better than woolies. Hate the fresh food people like honestly the down down song is my favourite. Cheap prices. Great staff. The people on the cash registers were friendly.

This store faces some of the toughest hurdles, it’s location and exposure to a lot of the crazy riff raff! The team do the best job they can! John the trolley guy deserves a medal!

Good selection of food stuffs and grocery items, if you have pension card or frequent flyers there is bit of discount, could be more disabled parking, customer service is quite good, my opinion.

Large modern supermarket - typical Coles, and same prices as elsewhere.
Most items in Alice attract premium prices, but Coles has NATIONAL pricing.
Highly recommended for fresh fruit, veg, meat, dairy, deli, and everyday personal and household needs.
Highly recommended.

Fiona at the checkout was so friendly and took extra care packing the bags. She has a wonderful sense of humour.
