We we greeted by Nari who is one of the nicest sales people you would wish to meet.
She answered all our questions so we were able to make the perfect purchase for our needs.
Delivery was next day which was fantastic.
The beds are very comfortable.
Overall experience with this company was great.

I went in yesterday with my son and we were both greeted with a very friendly and warm welcome. I told Nari, my budget and she was happy to show me around and tell me what one's would suit our budget and needs. I will definitely be purchasing all my mattresses here when in need.

I have had the BEST experience at the Albury branch with Adrian I don’t even know where to start! From the moment I walked into the shop he was so informative and helpful. I didn’t buy anything straight away as I had to go home and think about colours but I didn’t bother looking anywhere else as I knew he would look after me. I came in the next day with my family and he got along with everyone so well. We were all laughing, shared stories, it was honestly the best experience. The pricing was fantastic and the produces are great. I will definitely go back to see him if I need anything else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Reema is an absolute delight to deal with , she made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked into the store. I appreciate the time she took to with me , asking questions and really considering my responses as she helped to guide me through the options that best met my needs. Helen and Adrian at the Albury location are amazing! My partner and I visited this shop not having any familiarity with OMF, or knowing what we were looking for in a mattress. They were both so fun and professional and helped us immensely with our mattress selection. We had shopped around at a few other mattress stores and OMF had the most competitive pricing for quality mattresses. Would highly recommend visiting this shop if you're looking to buy and/or receive advice.

Couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service we received from Reema and Helen. From ringing up to reserve a mattress, to getting to the store and them both helping to get the mattress into the car. Above and beyond and refreshingly nice to have some good old fashioned assistance.
