Joe helped me after school today quickly, politely and efficiently with Medicare replacement cards and associated documents. Thanks Joe it was a much simpler process than I anticipated and towards the end of the day too.

I came for my Medicare enrolment on a Thursday morning, around 9. I was immediately taken care of by the check-in desk, and two staff took care of my needs immediately. In an out in less than 20min. Absolutely amazing service.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They work hard to help me though a challenging time and, even though I left empty handed, I felt that they at least tried to help.

People dawn on these places in times of hardship and it's often easy to forget that, behind the acrylic screen, there's another human being that doesn't deserve to be abused just because you're in hardship.

Thanks Karen for you help to activate my Medicare card. You are best in your service to help people out when They are not able to help themselves. Also there is security staff named isma from Albania, she is very polite and friendly with all customers.

I had an excellent experience today. Was very well received. There was not too many people waiting. I talked to Medicare and Centrelink. In both services they were helpful, thoughtful and were patient to explain everything till all was clear. Thank you. Keep up the good work😉🙏

Lesley helped with with my claim and she's the nicest, most helpful person I've had help me at Centrelink! Keeping in mind that the Centrelink system is really difficult to work with - not because of the people who work there but because of the way its set up. She's a champ and I appreciate her a lot!

Went to get some help with Medicare card for my sister who is new in the
country. The lady was extremely helpful very patient and answered all questions we had and gave us a lot of details of other services my sister can access. Did not have to wait a long time either. Welldone

Went to get Medicare card , 1st time I have been to a government department in Australia, read a few reviews not so good . However my experience was a pleasant one. Was given great help by the lady who I saw, she explained everything in detail, even helped with the app which I appreciate . 5 stars 🤗

Today I went in and dealt with Joanna, she was really keen to help and get things done, due to duke nationality it’s always a nightmare to get my Medicare or government identification.
What normally takes months was delay with with in the hour I could literally cry I was so grateful thank you so so much

First time at centrelink. Had a lot of prejudice going in with expectations of whom I'd see and what the centre would be like. I was pleasantly surprised! Had some questions about connecting Mygov/Centrelink and Aus Study. Karen helped me and was wonderful. She was respectful, personable and I couldn't recommend her enough.

This was our first visit to Centrelink, and we were very pleasantly surprised that we had to wait only a few minutes. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Well staffed and pleasant office with very pleasant and proactive security staff who perform COVID-19 safety related checks. Reasonable wait times.

Very friendly and helpful, professional staff. I waited for less than 5 mins for my name to be called. Appreciated their great service.

The staff assist you with those things that you find difficult to understand so both parties are happy.
