I am a newbie to Pilates and not in great shape but these girls make me feel like I'm no different to the well experienced! I absolutely love how clear and simple the instructions are and that its fun as well as challenging! I have been telling everyone I know about how good it is!! Excited to see where my journey takes me!

Great experience! Highly recommend getting the tourist pack if you’re spending some time in Port Douglas & want to keep up / get back into Pilates. The sessions are fantastic & everyone is so supportive and welcoming! Thank you! Amelia xx

Had the most epic experience for my first visit today! Beth was so wonderful and encouraging from start to finish. And was such a good workout too! Definitely recommend this studio to anyone who's a fan of a fun, relaxed environment 😊
