Carpet Flooring Group Gisborne

We had our whole house done. We went from the 80's timber look vinyl strips to Hybrid floating floors. The team at CFG - Gisborne were great. I had some anxiety about not knowing how it will start and how it will finish. Five stars to Susan & John Fraser (Fraser Flooring via CFG) who installed them. I was told they are one of the top installers they have and... by goodness they were! They know exactly what they're doing. Be sure to ask many questions during measure & quote with David and understand 'the product' when it comes to meeting your budget and expectations. Susan and John were fantastic listeners & understand many things we may be uncertain about. They are very crafty in the installation, enthusiastic and dedicated to the business and industry. Only advice I give to those keen to invest in new flooring: The better YOU prepare gathering your info, asking questions & cleaning up before the installers arrive, the better they will deliver, install and come back for any finishing touches needed with no more questions from me to ask. I'm one very happy lady!

Fantastic experience from choosing carpet to the laying of the carpet. Very helpful instore when choosing carpet, prompt and efficient when doing measure and quote and on the day of the installation. The carpet looks great in the three rooms we had done and we will be back when it's time to do the rest of the house. Thanks!

Fabulous team - very patient with the selection process as I need quite a few samples before I decided! Installation was super quick and super professional. All round, a great experience.
