I came here for a blood test and had quite possibly the best bloody giving experience I've had! Friendly conversation, pain-free needle work, quick extraction, and literally just walk in off the street with no wait at all. Overall, 10/10 would give blood here again.

Went early and got in with no appointment or wait time for a blood test. Lady was lovely and great at taking bloods.

I recently visited for a blood test appointment and encountered some issues with the customer service.
Despite waiting for 20 minutes, receptionist told me Noone will be attending the lab because they decided not to replace the absence staff . So disappointing. I should have gone to different place. Such a waste of time .will never go there again ever .

Please do not use this Pathology lab... they do not disclose which test are not covered by medicare and surprise you with a large bill afterwards... contacted my GP asking why a fee was not mentioned ... they pointed to the pathology lab's duty to duly disclose which test are out of pocket costs.
