I finally got the time to go and update my phone.
Was greeted by the loveliest lady named Soriya.
I'm not tech savvy at all and put off updating my phone due to how stressful it can be.
Soriya was so helpful, patient and very informative and I had the best experience. Very impressed with her knowledge and experience.
Thank you Soriya you are the BEST. I am loving my new phone and ALL my data transferred over perfectly. I'm so happy no photos were lost.

Excellent service from Team at Optus Colonnades (near Norlunga South Australia) especially Soriya. I had spend an entire day trying to fix a network issue. I had tried all the settings I could find and had spent hours Googling the problem and couldn't find a solution. I then spent over one and a half hours on the phone to Optus Network Support only to be told to just wait a week and it should sort itself out. I was very frustrated and drove to Optus Colonnades where Soriya fix the issue in five seconds flat and then showed me how to fix it in the future. Soriya you are amazing 👏.

I upgraded my phone and plan today at this store. The lady who assisted me was fantastic. She was thorough and efficient and had the whole process done and dusted very fast. I had also been trying over and over for the last 6 years to change the ownership of my account from my husband to myself with no luck. She had it completed in minutes. Great service and lovely workers. Highly recommend this store. Thanks

I went into the store today and spoke with the manager after being ghosted by customer ‘support’ on the online chat after 45mins and he was absolutely fantastic, he helped me with what I needed done in less than 5 mins. I walked out a very happy customer. Thank you. 😊

Very helpful team member switched the sim from my iPhone to my new Samsung which I'd bought elsewhere. Explained how to do my data transfer and provided the small plugin device that was needed. Great customer experience.

So far the service has been 100% Swapped from Virgin and upgraded phone Friday - staff were friendly and helpful, called back in with a few questions that were swiftly dealt with and solved on Sunday, Just called asking how to turn on swipe on new phone and again got excellent friendly immediate service. My iPhone 6 went into a perpetual reboot, and one of the staff was kind enough to try and resolve my problem.
Unfortunately, the phone didn't reboot but they did give me a couple of places to try and get it fixed.

Found the experience exceptional the assistant was helpful and very knowelgable of the product.

Waiting time to get served can be a pain, more staff would be good. But once served the staff have been very friendly & fixed any problems I've had quickly.

Very happy with the services provided by these young people. Signed up for NBN there and everything else has been a smooth sailing ever since.

Very helpful staff...ended up walking out with a lot more than I expected.
