Hotel Monastère Maastricht

Indeed a class of its own, parisian chic x medieval charm in this 14th century monastery. I would assign security to guard the doors because there are many loud people who remain loud deep into the middle of the night, as if others who've gone to bed do not need their rest. Selfish and regrettable behaviour of the Dutch.

Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, lots of thick towels and very nice shampoo and shower gel. Very clean everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The restaurant is very tranquil, and provides an oasis of calm very close to the bustling centre of Maastricht. My room was well equipped with coffee maker and Bluetooth speaker, great shower. Hotel also has a very nice bar.

Had a meal in the restaurant, it was truly amazing, the food was very well presented, cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We were not staying at the hotel, but wanted a meal before the concert, the staff were very accommodating, recommended the best time to eat and the overall service was top quality.

Last week we stayed in Hotel Monastère for the 4th time, it's our favorite hotel to stay when we visit Maastricht. Great rooms, lovely breakfast and excellent service. Unfortunately we had a minor inconvenience in our room, which immediately got picked up by the staff. They moved quickly moved us to a different room. Also they went above and beyond to help us with a request we've made for my partners birthday, so thanks for the great service!

Great location, located very few meters from downtown, the room clean, warm and cozy and the bathroom immense with everything you need. The receptionist very kind, recommended us two nice meat restaurants and answered all our curiosities. Thank you very much for the welcome, it was a really pleasant stay. Recommended!

The property is beautiful with amazing views and incredible staff! I had the great chance to connect with the welcoming staff and it was very easy to do so as they are so inviting! The location is perfect to visit Maastricht with so many food options nearby! I can’t wait for the day to come back to this property! Just to add an example of how amazing the stay was — I had a very early morning flight from Maastricht airport and the Hotel made sure I woke up on time and even drove me there instead of making me take the 50 minute long commute, because the receptionist was driving past that way. I cannot say this enough and I do travel a lot but this has been the most excellent stay I’ve had yet!

This is a brand new Boutique Hotel that just opened this year. I love their design and attention to details with very convenient location. Breakfast was lovely and staffs were excellent. Despite the problems of the hotel room as they are still new, but I will stay there again. Maastricht is a romantic city that everyone should visit.

Superb hotel! Couldn't fault my experience. The room and en suite were beautiful, the level of service was impeccable and location very central. Highly recommend, would return again whenever I visit Maastricht.

Hotel staff is really friendly and the breakfast they serve in the morning is perfect. Lots of healthy and unhealthy choices and nice fresh coffee.

The rooms itself are spacious and are fitted with a nice Marshall speaker with Bluetooth support. Rooms don't fit a minibar, for me not a problem. However, on the desk are two bottles of water. Until you come close you see that they cost 2,5 euro each. As a small gesture, I would make these free for guest.

This is an outstanding hotel in which to stay. Accommodation & food (breakfast & dinner) superb; and facilities perfect for conducting meetings. I conducted my meeting (early April 2022) with 28 people and we were looked after very well.

Spent my partner's birthday here. They had balloons waiting for us in the room with a nice welcome note. Clean room, beautiful property at an amazing location. Recommend!

Very nice and comfortable place. Really new in technologies and furniture, lots of plugs (even USB in the walls), lights (with movement sensors) and even a Bluetooth speaker from Marshall! Very friendly and polite customer services. Only bad thing is sink water at 5 euros, but given the luxury of the place you can expect that. Perfect location at few steps from Markt, one of the most important squares of the city. Will surely come back!

Fantastic hotel in the centrum of Maastricht. Could not be more friendly and helpful than Robin, who checked us in. Fluent in English and also spoke with me in Dutch, when I wished her to. Beautiful air-conditioned room in the old monastery which housed nuns in the 1800’s. Built in the 14th century and still standing strong with its new appointments.

Amazing hotel, perfectly located, one of those you surely remembered. Lovely atmosphere, unique climate marvellous sound bar and very cozy bad! Definitely I recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close enough to walk to the city center, but not right in the middle of it, which makes for a very quiet night.
Rooms were clean and hotel staff very friendly.

Very nice accomodation. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms (we had a 3-pers room). Bathrooms are a bit small in comparison though. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!
