Oak Residence

One of the best places around Pamporovo and Smolyan Lakes area. If you are looking for good service, quality food and a bit of personal touch, this is the place for you. A bit remote from the noise of Pamporovo and the city but close enough to the ski slopes and the beautiful mountain!

The Oak Residence hosted the wedding celebration for my daughter in the beginning of this month (June 2023). We had guests from around Bulgaria, EU and USA and without exception everyone enjoyed every minute of their stay! The service and the food are excellent and the hospitality is exemplary. I would recommend this property and the restaurant to anyone who wants to experience the best of what the Rodopi mountain can offer.

Great hospitality, modern furnishings, quiet, and super relaxing.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the little slippers and extremely comfortable and cozy room! The beds comforters pillows ect. were amazing. They had a beautiful and tasty restaurant. The personnel is always in a good mood and tries to help out with anything they can ! It is family owned and most of the family works here I would definitely recommend.

Me and my family had a great time there. The room quality was really nice .
And the restaurant was really nice and possibly one of the best restaurants I've been to. There was also a play area with gym equipment a big table tennis table a football table game and a small soft play area. We had a really nice time.

Nice and chill place. Very clean and cozy rooms. Staff is very polite. There is very good kids zone with training room next to her. Restaurant is decent, food is good and prices are in mid range.

It was the best hotel I've ever been to. It's very quiet and relaxing. The food is awesome and it's located in a very nice place and the people that work here are very nice I love this place. The dog in the parking lot is also very cute! I had the best experience here! :)

We were guests at the restaurant, not at the hotel, so the review is entirely and only for the restaurant of the hotel.
The food was delicious, authentic and fresh, the waitress was super friendly and nice. I would visit again.

- Room had everything necessary and looked lovely
-Spa facilities were great
-Restaurant food was tasty and at a decent price
-Best of all, the staff were amazing. Great people to talk to and they do a fantastic job.
-To top it all of, the cutest dog in the world lives in the parking lot and he even went for a walk with us!

I have visited 16 countries and many 5 stars hotels. Oak residence has one of the best atmosphere and service I have ever seen. Definitely the best sauna. We recommended this place to many friends , all of them are very happy with the service and experience. Strongly recommend this place.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we had the new year eve party and we had a few lunches at the restaurant and we really appreciate the food, the services and the way the manager/owner it makes you feel. good job and see you next time!

Beautiful place very clean hotel rooms, spa center was unique. Restourant food is very delicious.Staff is nice they become our friends on the first day.Definitly the best hotel i have ever been. Every year i will come back to this place!!!

Bumped into Oak Residence a year ago on my way to Smolyan Lakes and for my short stay in Bulgaria I visited it 3 times. Customer service is superb, food is traditional , homemade and fresh, facilities are perfect for a quiet getaway.The resort is in the midst of an area known for its medicinal and therapeutic air which truly makes the place special.Oak Residence just hosted my family reunion and we can't be happier❤❤❤
