Hotel Snezhanka

Just come back from our 6th trip to Pamporovo and our 5th trip to hotel Snezhanka. we have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Galina who recognizes us each year and whom helped us out a number of times with advice on what to do in the local area, i.e. restaurant's etc. she always make the effort to ask how your day on the slopes has been and shows interest when you reply !!
The hotel is always warm and comfy when you get back from skiing and always has great live music. its a great place to stay. we have stayed in other hotels in the resort and our continuous return says it all !! the others just don't have that welcoming homely feel.

Great selection of food in the restaurant, and the hot food could be hotter, but there is a microwave available to use. Restaurant, cleaning and reception staff were very attentive. Excellent value for money

After reading some of the previous reviews (after I reserved 2nights) I was a little dubious what to expect, my fears where for nothing. What has to be remembered that it is a 3* hotel so don't expect 4*+, from my personal experience it was a pleasure to stay, I didn't encounter any of the negatives that I read. The place met all my expectations and more, I'd recommend here for sure.

A great place to stay, comfortable and warm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of food, typical hotel buffet type meals. Great to refuel after a hard day's skiing. Its not the Ritz, but we throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff team.

Lovely hotel, this was my first time but the rest of our party are returning customers of many years now and I can't fault a thing, from the moment we walked in the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and so relaxed, as are the staff. The room was very spacious, kept clean and had everything we needed. The food and drink is of a great standard and very reasonably priced. There is an exchange counter and a convenience store on site, pool tables and a full spa with sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, you can also book for massages and beauty treatments, I can testify that the massage is spot on and sorted my calves out perfectly for the rest of my boarding holiday. Could not fault a thing about this hotel. Will be back for sure.

Stayed in one of the apartments in February 2019. Excellent value for money. Food was perfectly good when we stayed there, despite many reviews saying otherwise. Okay, it's not Michelin star quality food, but for this price, what do you expect? The salad selection in the evening was superb, and plenty of choice. You might not like everything on offer, but it was all perfectly edible and well presented. Hotel was clean, and in a great location. Floor in the lobby gets wet in the skiing season, but this is to be expected, and there was always someone at hand with a mop to clean it up. Nice seating and bar downstairs in the lobby. Kids also really enjoyed the pool. There's a small siop inside the hotel (selling drinks and snacks) and a bureau de change. We were high up on the 6th floor pointing towards the rear of the building. Others in the party in rooms on the other sides of the hotel complained of loud music in the early hours of the morning from the Irish pub (which is part of the same building), but didn't really notice it from our room. All in all, a brilliant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Stay in Hotel Snejanka was one of the best experiences of our trip. Very close to the sky tracks, very clean, big rooms, but the best thing was the restaurant combining the taste of the traditional bulgarian food with the variety for all national and international guests. No doubt, WE WILL REPEAT.

The hotel is very much a 4 star, but my 5 star rating is what you get for your money from it. It's a warm cozy hotel with good food, and easy access to the slopes with free shuttles pulling up outside the front door. The hotel has a free swimming pool, and use of sauna and spa treatments at a cost. And the best bar in the resort is attached to the side of the hotel for something to do in the evening.
