Stayed there for two nights from 24 February to 26 February 2024. Our room was level to the green slope. The fireplace were so romantic. The staff were very helpful. The price were affordable. The only weird thing was the 5 escalators and high steps that we had to take to get into our rooms. The good thing is the hotel is in very central location.

The location is great if you travel by car - it is extremely close to the ski slopes, but if you're going by bus please take into account that you'll need a taxi to reach the hotel. The room was clean, very cozy and well-decorated, but it was nearly impossible to heat the room using only the room heaters (meaning you'll need to buy firewood to keep the fireplace going during your stay.) What really stands out though is the staff - friendly, pleasant and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Definitely recommend, and we will be visiting again.

This is my 3rd year having my ski vacation with my family at Grand Monastery appointments Pamporovo and already thinking for next year booking. The best about it is its location exactly on the ski slopes. You can find sometimes small issues in some of the appartements, but other times all is perfect. Last year the 2 bed apartment was above my expectations. Special thanks to Rado who is always very helpful with the luggage and with car parking, which without his help can be a challenge or a walk on a busy slippery road without a sidewalk.

Great location, great rooms.

Clean, offers good quality service, positioned in great place, very close to Snezhanka peak ( 30-40 min light walking pace or around 8 min with car - good asphalt road ). Very kind and smiled personel.

Great value and very helpful staff. Rented a “2+2” apartment which was very spacious. Bowling, arcade, gym were all great additions for entertainment.

Good size apartment have everything really pleased and is just next to the lift. Only issue you might have is parking it's a bit hard to find free space.

The best complex in pamporovo, close to the slopes, great lobby bar, the apartments are very comfortable , the staff was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend.

I liked that the slope is meters away from the hotel, so no carrying the skis/snowboard to the slope

Good place for family holiday and not only. Please note, there is a lot of stairs!

Exelent place. Nice spa centar. You are at the slopes and have direct access to the slopes.
