Aquilon Residence & Spa

I have been here many times and I am always pleasantly surprised by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Clean and quiet. Both the outdoor and the indoor pools are great, clean and descent size...that corresponds the size of the apart hotel.
VERY IMPORTANT! When here treat yourself with one of the many massages offered on the Spa menu. The masseuse LJUPKA has hands made of gold!

The hotel is very clean, there was daily service in the rooms, towels were changed every day, the water in the pools is very clean, the staff is polite and helpful. Perfect place to have a rest. The food and drinks in the restaurant are not expensive.
I only have a remark that the towels for the bathroom were very often with a blemishes and could be launder better. Everything else was very okay. The hotel is excellent choice for accommodation in that area, especially because of the mineral water in its pools.

Super friendly staff. Nice restaurant and delicious food. Rooms are clean and spacious. It have two mineral water pools - inside and outside - temperature of the water is 37+ Celsius. Sauna and Turkish baths are small but clean and hot.

Very clean, excellent breakfast choice with lots of food choice, better breakfast quality than some 5 star hotels. The Staff is extremely polite. The rooms are clean and very warm in the winter. The SPA is great. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Staying here as part of a Euromax off road motorbiking stay for me the food is excellent the accommodation is good rooms are very warm staff are all bare one very friendly and helpful would I stay again most definitely. Indoor pool like swimming in the bath haven't tried the outside pool had a sauna 👍 and it has a small gym all in all for me works 👍👍👍👍

I've been here more than 3 times, and it is one of my favourite places in Rila mountain. Thw food is nice, rich breakfast wich is includes in the price. Clean place with nice spa.

All that you want from Spa hotel, two swimming pool with mineral water, food is delicious, cervice is perfect. Near to Bansko (just 3km)!

Very decent location, resonable priced. Very clean, kind staff, great thermal pools. This was our third stay and definitely not last.

Thermal water, 2 pools, sauna and steam bath, nice views and a very beautiful garden. Best price quality value.

Perfect! Like home, excellent cleaning rooms, mineral water, very nice hotel! It would be good to have the promotion prices and discount for some seasons.....
