Good local restaurant serving traditional as well as international dishes. Location is central, close to the old town and the view is amazing. Tasty food, good service, pleasant interior.

We sadly came here during the evening so we could not get to enjoy the incredible views over the valley, but everything else more than made up for it.

We started looking for a place to eat so we read over quite a few menus along the street to get an idea for the prices - specifically on Pizzas. Every restaurant we checked had higher prices by around 50% on average, or in other words very tourist-predatory. We went in, invited by the prices we saw outside and it was the best decision we had made all trip.

Ordered 3 pizzas along with the bruschetta and the prep+cooking time was super quick, the pizzas were some of the best we had ever had, easily top 3 for me. The right crust, thickness, fresh and tasty ingredients, amazing cheese and there was a level of authenticity in the meal I had. The pizzas are cooked in a big fire oven which also leaves a very nice smoky or home-y taste on them.

The waiter we had was super nice and made conversation at the right times (I hate when waiters interrupt the middle of an exchange between the people on the table).

This is definitely the right place to visit if you're hungry and you want a pizza, we will hopefully check this out during the day sometime.

Love this place and make the 45 minute drive to eat here each time I'm in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 Staff are friendly and helpful, there's always someone who speaks good English. The food is always good and plenty of variety on the menu. If you're lucky enough to get a table overlooking the Yantra Valley that will add to your experience. Great place 👌

We ordered a sausage meal and a pepper one because we wanted to try it out and it was really delicious. The staff was friendly and the draft wine was surprisingly good too, considering it's on the cheaper side.
The atmosphere wasn't 100% because we ended up in the smoking area, but it was mostly our fault for not booking ahead, so I suggest do that.

If you like Italian food and you stay in Veliko Tarnovo, you have to try this restaurant. Most of all, you're receiving a warm welcome and the place is really nice, with a panoramic view on the city. From starter "Bruschetta" to Pizzas and Pastas, everything is fresh and delicious.

The food was very good and they served it fast. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the nice view.

Excellent food and it was ready very fast! Pizza is great, but try BAU BUNS, it's great. Amazing view of the Asenevsti Monument. The service was very good, you can pay with any card and they speak English.
We highly recommend this place if you want to eat good food at low prices.

The food was good and was all ready in 20 minutes. Portion sizes are not really big but ok for the price. Service was alright.

Service was good, food came fast enough but the meat was a bit undercooked, maybe they shouldn't force out the dishes that fast. It was a busy Saturday and ventilation inside the restaurant should be better. Other than those two things everything was ok.

I must add my own 5 🌟 review, this place is great, good food, great staff, nice interior and amazing view. Also I found the food to be quite cheap, around 7-8 euros for most of the meals.

The atmosphere was great. The food we ordered was amazing. The waitress was a bit weird :) but overall a great experience and I would definitely be back.

Very good squid and shrimp.
They had black beer, which is rare in Veliko.
Friendly staff.
Too bad they don't have a terrace on the river / monument side.
