Hotel Studio

Small hotel that's very very close to the Tsarevets Fortress and has a great view towards it. The rooms that end in 04 have a great view of the Cathedral. Rooms are good, but heating could've been better. Location is excellent. Service was good. Has a parking!!

Probably the best view in Veliko Tarnovo, the rooms with a view, especially the top floor ones offer a great view over Tsarevets Fortress. By night this is a real treat but on Saturdays and on legal holidays there is a very interesting and well put together light and sound show at the castle that is best experienced from the hotel rooms and the hotel terrace.

The hotel receptionist was very nice and helpful. The included breakfast is an open buffet but without too many options.

Nice and charmful hotel ideally located as a base for exploring the interesting, historic and pretty Veliko Tarnovo. The panoramic view from the terrace of the fortress is exceptional, which can be accessed 24 hours a day and you can make yourself an aperitif or a tea while enjoying the superlative view. Unfortunately there is no lift and there are several stairs to climb but this is the norm if you are staying in a building in the historical centre. Possibility of private parking in the immediate vicinity for a small surcharge. Room price adequate for what it offers. I highly reccomend it.

Nice spacious room and bathroom. There is a small parking near (extra charge). Delicious breakfast (buffet). Helpful staff (Borislav waited for us and greeted us outside to show us the parking, very nice since it was already over 10pm). The sheet on the third bed could be bigger and the houses around are run down, but there is a beautiful view on top of the hotel, on the terrace.

Booked this hotel because of the proximity to the Tsarevets fortress and was lucky to get the room with the best view which for reference is room 402 (there is no lift, so be aware if you don’t like climbing stairs). In addition, right above is the roof top terrace with the same amazing view. The place is clean and quite, staff is very friendly and rooms are nicely furnished. We also had a decent breakfast included in the price.

The design of the rooms is a modern take of classical, focused on comfort. The location is amazing with a direct view to the Tsarevets monument and guests can watch the light show from the rooftop garden or from their rooms, if Tsarevets view is booked. Breakfast is available and includes local seasonal fruit.

Very friendly staff, amazing continental breakfast, and the views are 5 star! Beds are comfy, plus there's a huge walk in shower. No coffee in the rooms, but there is a kettle for tea. (But with the continental breakfast, there are all sorts of types of coffee, so you don't miss it at all!) They even have a rooftop patio for guests to enjoy the views from! The only downside is that there isn't an elevator, so you'll definitely need to be able to walk up stairs.

Gorgeous accomodation with nice and clean rooms, spacious, helpfull staff. The location is perfect, our room had the perfect view of the fortress.

This hotel was perfect. We stayed over during Christmas '19. Rooms are extremely cozy, with possibly the best hotel bed i' ve ever had. Great mattress, slept like a rock. Room overlooked the Tsarevets castle, well worth paying a little extra for the great view. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. The best surprise ever was the terrace on top of the hotel, from which we could also watch the light show projected over the castle on Christmas night, which was absolutely superb! 5/5,11/10. Great place. Definitely coming again.

The hotel was cosy. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great view. They also have a terrace fron where you can see the whole town. I liked the breakfast and the fact that they played opera. Seemed a wonderful way to wake up.
If I had any complaints they would be about the bathroom: the toilet seat was broken and so was the toilet button. Also the towels were very old and frayed.

Great location, awesome service and very clean and cozy room! The rooftop terrace has the most amazing view of Tsarevets Hill and if you happen to be there when the Sound and Light spectacle is on your mind will be BLOWN! Highly recommend!

Nice and cozy hotel in front of the old fortress. On a walking distance to the city center. Very polite and professional staff. Quite rooms. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Minibar in the room with normal prices.

Nice hotel, ideal located. Get the room overlooking the fortress. It really worth! Observation point on top of the building - bonus. Good parking. Although average breakfast, they had a few homemade products, which was a nice touch.

I really loved this place! From the tapestries at the reception desk, to all the minute lovely works of art that adorn the lobby and the restaurant, everything was beautiful and tasteful. The terrace has a marvelous view over Tsarevets, which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and yummy.

Staff were so helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast had such a variety, amazing. Rooms & hotel was very, very clean.Eeve been staying here for 4 years ( 2weeks). We booked to come back already. It's a quiet location & great views from the terrace. See you all next August 👍👍👍👍👍👍😄

Great Hotel. Rooms where clean and neat. The staff where very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Lots of homemade cheese pie and desserts. Only minus was the weak wifi on the 4th floor. Worked great everywhere else. Amazing view from the terrace!

The hotel is great - it’s clean, cozy and most of the room on the higher floors have an excellent view! The breakfast is delicious as well

I loved my staying at this hotel. The view from the top terrase of the hotel was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was more than enough. We had plenty choices of food.

An excellent hotel. We saw the Church from our bed in the room. The staff were very concerned, the hotel was very clean. If I go there again I will choose the same hotel again. The views of the terrace are incredible.
