Great hotel. Great service! Top location near the river and right next to the big forest. Perfect view and surrounding. Quiet place, without any noise from anywhere. We where able to hear the birds singing and the water from river float. Clean and hot waters in every swimming pool and jacuzzi. We where there for 3 nights, and my kids loved it so much. We have a hard time to leave. The kids cry when we started to pack the bags, they wanted to stay more.......The food in the restaurant was amazing. Many choices and very delicious. We will come back for a longer vacation there very soon! Definitely recommend the hotel to all kind of guests, especially families with kids!!!

I stayed there in 2018 and 2019 and I was about to stay there in 2023, but unfortunately things didn't go as planned! However, I'll never forget about this great place that's always made my holiday better! It's located outside of Velingrad in a quite and peaceful area, surrounded by trees and mountains with a bus stop right in front of the hotel connecting it to the town! When it comes to the convenience, there's a lot I can say! No matter the type of the room, you'll always have breakfast and dinner both at a big buffet with huge diversity of food! There's also a lunch option, but it's paid separately! There are two big pools and one for kids! Also, there's a gym and medical centre where you can examine yourself before trying the SPA centre! Rooms are wide, cozy and have electric kettles along with some tea bags available! I'm not gonna talk about the minibar containing all kinds of snacks! Overall, it's a perfect place for everybody wanting to take some rest away from urban noises! Totally recommend!

Extremely pleasant atmosphere - clean and large rooms, friendly and responsive staff, the spa employs exceptional professionals who make you enjoy treatments and massages.

The pools were clean and warm, there is a nice sauna and a steam bath. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied.

I will definitely be back with my family because the hotel and its staff are amazing.

Located closely to pine forest with very beautiful view from the rooms. Service is at good quality, rooms are nice and fresh. The hot tubes located outside are just fantastic. Both pools with normal and warmer temperatures are excellent, there is plenty room at the mineral water pool and area for children. Entertainment is prepared for small kids almost the whole day. Excellent place for families with kids.

Amazing place! The organization, the comfort, the staff as individuals... Everything is top notch! They did everything that we wanted! You register, get to your room and forget about everything. I really enjoyed how you can get stuff and the bill gets transferred on your room and you pay at the end. Forget money, forget duties, forget everything! The massages were amazing, I feel like a new person. We will visit again!

Side note: There isn't a tobacco shop in the hotel. Buy a pack if you are a smoker and enjoy life.

The hotel is great i will go there anytime. The people that work there are friendly and smiling. Great food, from the pool to jacuzzi all is amazing. They have great play area, animators for the kids and a pool that's perfect for them, with all of this u can't even notice that there are kids in the hotel. They just have so much to do. I will go there anytime it was amazing experience.

It's a really good hotel. The receptionists are kind, trying to help. The food is good. The 2 sweeming pools are big - for adults and for children. The temperature of the wather is 33-34 gradus. The food in the restaurant is tasy. They offer rent a bike (i don't know if they are in good condition). There are rooms for children with animators. I recomend this place!!!!

Fantastic service, pool and spas well-looked after. My pains in my back disappeared after the massaging effect of the jacuzzi (and the minerals of the Velingrad water itself) . The staff went above and beyond to implement all Covid-19 measures (thank you for which). The waitresses were respectful and lovely. Fresh and ripe fruit, strawberries, bananas, watermelons, melons, tiramisu desserts and Continental and European Breakfast were delicious.
Coffee was delicious and the alcohol and beer was real. The dinner and the lunch was not good but there are many restaurants in Velingrad with delicious food. Would be nice for them to relook at their restaurant so we can eat hot food for which we pay for... Overall the spa experience for the price and the spacious sunny rooms is worth it!

My sister's wedding was there last night and we had a great time. Very nice restaurant, kind staff and the rooms were also great. Didn't have much time to visit the spa but I guess it should be amazing.

Top place. Amazing food! Nice biv and cleen spa! Indoor and outdoor mineral water swimming pools. Great place for relaxation and some time for yourself!

Big hotel nice vision but small spa area and also missing pool outside.you have to go outside in jacuzzi and then to get back inside to pool a lot of Muda of movement
