Nice contemporary restaurant with very nice food. I ordered tripe soup (shkembe) which I like real well and this soup was better than many I have eaten in Bulgaria. Lots of tripe which was cleaned correctly and a nice flavorful broth. I also had the "brothers" salad which was light and refreshing. My server was friendly and provided an English menu making ordering food easy. The place was clean and has outdoor seating
