They have friendly and helpful staffs. Such a welcoming environment and very well organized. Books are easy to find and any additional information is easily provided by employees.

A beautifully laid out store, with a massive selection of books as well as mugs, bags, beach stuff, toys and other nicknacks.
There is a Starbucks right next door with an interlinking doorway.
The children's section is bright and colourful with displays at children's height.

Great, and large variety of, any ideas, for all ages and gender.
Lovely employees ,very helpful and welcoming.
Great return policies even without receipt, no question asked.
Very convenient location, and much more.
Indigo book has been one of our family favorite places for years.

Kai was freaking phenomenal! I will not come back to this store unless he is working! He was so sweet and friendly. He went MORE than above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend! Give this man a raise! (and my number)

Kai is literally the best worker there. All of the other ones violently jumped me as soon as I walked in for saying that star trek> star wars and he immediately helped me up and gave me a honeybun. Wonderful experience

ok yesterday I went to indigo to buy the newest copy of diary of a wimpy kid and all-time childhood classic and I just had to get the newest edition I was having trouble finding it so as you would I found the nearest employee and asked for help his name is Ty and he was awesome. Nicest employee I've ever experienced and had the pleasure to meet. He was funny and helpful. I ended up getting my copy. And I was out. Please make bowties a part of the dress code. I LOVE TY!!!

Nice layout! They have a cool kid's area with books and stuff that is sort of cut off from the rest of the store. Still need to keep an eye on the kids though... entrance/exit is wide and easy to get to. Store is more "wide" layout than "deep".

Hard working group of ladies keeping a busy store running! I needed help finding and loading up 15 hard cover booksAnd I waited in line that moved quickly to for help. One lady gave me undivided attention while paging the other working customer service on the floor.
She switched tasks at the till seamlessly. And helped me load up a basket full of books and pulled a box from the back for me.

Then jumped back in till and the line that had grown because of me was dealt with in no time with just the three of them on board. Amazing!
And then… I’m almost at the elevator and the lady that helped my at the till had ran after me to hand me my phone that I had left on the counter.

There was not a bad attitude to be felt the whole time.

Staff are really nice at this location :) I wish I remembered the name of the cashier, I think it may have been Irene? She was really sweet. I was there Oct 24th around 1:45 pm.
