Levi's Store

Came to this store in Park Royal and was pleasantly surprised. Very wide selection of his & hers clothing & accessories, and a very attractive sale going on (Black Friday-related). Staff there not pushy at all, actually the opposite, helpful and kind even in spite of having a lot of foot traffic that day. One of the cool things they do here, is personalize your clothing item (jeans, jackets) with a variety of coloured buttons, tags embroidery, patches, etc. Worth a visit if you are looking for the latest in Levi's.

The way retail should be- mainly because of two fantastic staff members.
Excellent service offered by Manjari and Pallavi, I was only there to buy a pair of shorts and through their dedicated recommendations Manjari and Pallavi helped me find 3 more items.

They exhibited a genuine commitment to help us find the right items and never had a moment of hesitation when we sought help. I can confidently recommend this store.

When you enter any shop, the experience can vary greatly. A truism: when you smile, the work gladly smiles back. However, the staff at Levis Park Royal have always been friendly, greeting me as I enter, asking me what I needed & then finding me clothes I want. There is nothing more pleasant when a store attendant wants to make sure you leave the store with the feeling that you want to come back because you have been treated so well. This was the case when I went to this store and Sareena helped me find what I needed. Another truism: you may not remember what a person said or did, but you will remember how they made you feel. Kudos to Sareena. Thank you.

I came into the store in need of new pairs of jeans, and was unsure where to start looking with such a wide selection. Luckily, I spoke to Jake at the tailor shop who was clearly busy, but was happy to guide me in the right direction to a pair of jeans that was ideal for my build. His knowledge and enthusiasm led me to purchase a couple outfits because everything I was recommended looked really great on me. Clearly a knowledgeable staff that is also kind and personable. Worth the prices for not only quality clothing but quality service. Thanks Jake, I’m sure I’ll be back!

He helped me select different styles and sizes and gave me his feedback on the sizing and fitting. they have the best staff! every time i go it’s pretty positive and they’re suuuuuper helpful.
i feel like with jeans i try one or two and leave because i get frustrated but the staff are patient and they have super comfy dressing rooms so overall a greaaat experience:)))

EXCELLENT experience with Sareena. She was kind and understanding of my body and the parts I wanted to show off and mask with jeans. Stayed professional but still complimented me and made me feel so confident. Great customer service and was so knowledgeable about the products! I’ll definitely be back and chatting with her again!!

Had a great experience at Levi's! The staff was so helpful when I was struggling to find a pair of jeans that fit they gave great attention and really went above and beyond! I had 2 sales associates helping me and they seemed extremely genuine and wanted me to find the right pair of jeans. Also I love the big clean fitting room!
