We have worked with Azad for a little over a year now. We found him when we were up against the wall because a previous broker we worked with decided to stop dealing with home insurance and did not even bother to notify us. AC&D Insurance has always been a pleasure to do business with. I have had the awful experience many of us go through with random, large rate hikes from other Insurance brokerage firms. With AC&D nothing has ever come as a surprise and communication is second to none. I was able to get a good rate from my broker at AC&D, who took the time to walk me through a variety of coverages and really made me feel like it was my decision on what product we went with (I felt much better informed than with my previous broker group). The cost was considerably less than the hike I was facing, but with added value. I have renewed every year ever since based on trust. Their staff are knowledgable, efficient, and personable.
