Heritage House Interiors

I have been on a quest for a new sofa for a few months and I been challenged with finding the quality, size or fabric color at a reasonable price. I just happened to drop into Heritage House Interiors in Ladner, BC to have a look around and discovered that they sell custom furniture. I can't say enough about the service that I received from Jamie Fraser. This is not your "average" furniture" store. There are no "hard sell" tactics, just friendly, helpful staff willing to take time to assist and provide advice on your furniture purchase. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience. He made suggestions on styles and fabrics and provided several options and printouts of sofa specifications and pricing. If you are looking for a custom sofa where you can chose the length, width, height, seat cushion density, fabric color and other options Heritage House Interiors is defiantly your "go to" furniture store. Finally I priced the same sofa at other retail locations and found that Heritage House Interiors provided by far the best pricing. I live on Vancouver Island and it is worth the trip to Ladner to purchase your sofa. You will get an amazing customer experience, so many customized sofa choices and reasonable/affordable pricing.

This shop understands customer service. We dealt with Jamie and Stacey, both extremely knowledgeable about the items offered for sale in the shop. We liked a chair, and with detail and professionalism, the many options available for that chair were presented to us: fabric or leather, different arm types, widths of the chair, back supports, electric or not...a very complete picture. This level customer service and attention to detail is very rare these days. Every question was answered, and the delivery was exactly as promised. The shop itself is full of beautiful furniture and accessories, a lovely place to buy everything you might need for your home.

Jamie and the rest of the folks at Heritage House Interiors are fantastic to work with, and their furniture is beautiful, and high quality. We have purchased from them for our business as well as our home and what we have purchased constantly gets compliments, and stands up well to significant use in both environments. I couldn't recommend them more - they're a wonderful part of our community!

Very useful store for adding those extra interior design touches to your home. Most of the items are not commonly found and the quality seems to be very good. I have dropped into this store a couple of times over the years and I have always found the staff helpful. A visit is definitely worth time if you are in the area, and looking for some items to decorate your home.

A fantastic shopping experience supported by knowledgable and friendly people who can speak to their products. Everything went smoothly from choosing the right furniture for our home and budget, to choosing colours, to the delivery.
