Calgary Co-op North Hill Food Centre

This is a scaled down version of the big CO-OP stores, but it's location is super convenient. The produce is always fresh and firm, meat is top quality and there is also a small pharmacy component inside the store. All the necessities and much more are offered here and I visit this place several times per week.

Highly recommended to those who live in the vicinity of North Hill.

Bakery is dynamite, they have delicious pre-made meals .The butcher section has fresh selections from pre prepped to fresh.
Nice little eat in area’s both inside and out.

Great Deli but no parking. But I have been told they are building a new Co-op next door and will demolish the old store. So it should get better.

It has all the basic necessities. Employees are friendly and will help the best that they could.

I come here often. The service is always great. The store is clean and always stocked.

Yesterday, I left some lamb meat behind after checking out at the counter and I didn't realize until I had gotten home. So I gave this coop a call and I got transferred to a helpful lady named Poonam. She went above and beyond of what she could have done to help me. This included calling me back the next morning after checking the CCTVs with her manager to verify that I had indeed left the lamb meat behind and told me to talk to customer service when I could to get a refund or pick out another one.

Hahaha so many fun memories here , when I worked here a while ago !!! Its smaller now than I remember But still a great place to shop 👍👍

The selection here is fantastic! We were able to get many items that we generally have difficulty finding. I guess we are selective about what we eat. Also the self checkouts are great. We loved not having to wait in a long line. Plenty of parking too, no trouble finding a convenient parking spot. We will definitely come here more often. Keep up the great work guys!

The parking lot has changed with a fence preventing you from going to back end. I enjoy shopping here. The staff are friendly, casual not formal unless request is formal. Pricing is great, based on local sourced and organic if needed.

It was fairly empty at 11am on a Monday which I much prefer that way as I'm sure a whole lot of other people do as well. Very clean, easy layout was in and out within 5 minutes. No lines at any tellers or self serve. Cashier was extremely friendly and cheerful. Zero problems

An older location, but kept clean and organized. Well run and fully stocked everytime I go. Their bakery also seems more appealing than the other co-op bakeries I've gone to, although you'd think they all have the same items???

Consistently clean, well stocked, mostly reasonable prices, superior quality produce and efficient and friendly customer service. All this is true of Calgary Co-Op in general. This is one of their smaller locations so not quite as broad a range as at the bigger ones, although still quite substantial. Very well-run pharmacy.

This is definitely older location of coop. It has definitely not seem any renovation since it was originally built. There are very rarely lines for checkout but selection can be limited relative to some newer Co-op locations. The gas bar is never busy and the prices are usually in line with the area. Overall it is a nice place to stop in and get groceries as long as you're not looking for something niche

My family and I vacationed at Calgary and this nice lady named Kirsten gave us all these wonderful recommendations on places to visit and she was such a sweet girl 🤗😇
