I come to this location at least twice a week and every time I do I always leave happy. The first thing I do is usually check to see if Karen is there. Karen is always so helpful and lovely. She's quick to let me know about any promotions going on and reminding me if I want to use my points at check out. Her excellent customer service isn't anything new, as she's been helping me for years. It makes coming in such a treat and amazing experience.

All the staff at this location are great, the store is well organized, clean and there's a wide selection of books. It's the only location left that still has it's charm. I still get the same excited feeling when I walk in at 30 as I did at 13. Rarely do I ever leave empty handed.

This is a fun, large and spacious bookstore. Much more than a bookstore in fact. There are tons of the different types of books you can expect, of every genre. Asides from books, there are tons of different household goods on offer for both adults and kids. The staff was very friendly and actually asked how my day was going. Great store to shop or browse for what you're looking for.

Always has so much selection, going to chapters or indigo never disappoints. This is one of the biggest chapters i’ve been to if not the biggest one. We spent a whole hour and a half browsing the shelfs. The staff was also really kind to us! I love how the colours match the environment, so calming!

Visited this store yesterday. Was looking
for a particular book by Dr Jason Fung and
they had both The Obesity Code and The Obesity Code Cookbook!
While I was paying for the books, the total was a bit over $60 and the lady says, “ do you want a bag with that”, I said, “yes please”, and she replies, “ it’s 10 cents”, and right there she lost a star.
Of course I want a bag, why would they charge me 10 cents when I pay over $60?

Nice selection of products ranging from books to home goods. They have an amazing return policy (bought the wrong item for my little cousin, was able to bring it back hassle free). They also have a huge selection of games, makes family night even better.
The children’s section is also really nice. Love this place. Can’t wait to shop again

this is an outstanding chapters location! it never disappoints! the staff are super nice, the location is very well maintained, there is a HUGE selection of books of all genres alike. this location always have what i want to purchase. there is also other things other than books that looks like it is in decent quality!! i recommend coming to this location.
