Great price overall. Cheap grocery more affordable that other places. Also had great deals for black friday!

one such organized store than other locations, so it is easy to select the item.

Now I understand why people go bananas about Wal-Mart... I mean, I grabbed three huge bags of chips and it costed only $7? Same would be $11+ at Loblaws(Rideau St.,).
'Every Day Low Price' certainly justified.

-Great location catering East and a bit of downtown.
-Huge parking lot.
-Great prices.
-Pretty much everything and anything available.
-Groceries selection is amazing.
-Huge clothing department.

I'm definitely coming back even if it means taking public transit. 🙃

Quiet and easy shopping store
It would be more helpful to customers to add fresh vegetables and fruits to the shelves.

Not the biggest Wal Mart but it has pretty much all the things you can usually expect in a Wal Mart.

Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous too. Plenty of parking and conveniently located.

Very good customer service and Mr Steven's helped me to find out the sewing machine, very thankful to all .

This morning (Aug. 21), my husband, Preston, dropped by the Walmart store on Ogilvie Road and needed help in finding a product he needed. An attendant by the name of Layth helped him and even walked him to two different areas that carried the products. Preston wanted you to know that Layth is a "keeper" and a good representative for Walmart.

My experience in buying a new phone was good with the Kiosk Manager, Omer. He was really helpful. In fact I got support for 3 days continuously. He was trying to help me to get a contract with Rogers by migrating my network from fido. On Saturday, the support he was provided was tremendous. But unfortunately the Roger's application was not supportive and he spoke with more than 8 reps to help me get the contract with Roger's. I am a eye witness that Roger's portal didn't show the details correctly. Due to the deal details not matching at the Manager's end and Rep's end, I had to cancel the contract. I ended up buying a new phone without a contract. He was patient enough throughout the day in helping me and hardly took a break. In fact, i got extraordinary support in setting up my new phone as my old phone was dead. The support was surprisingly a very good customer service.

I set my cell phone down to look at laundry baskets. At the checkout my heart sank as I realized I no longer had my phone...
An honest young man with integrity arrived at the customer service desk as I was panicking. He had my phone and was bringing it to the desk.
Noah, is an honest and kind example of good people working with the public.

Never had any issues at this location, usually employees around that you can ask for stuff and they're very helpful. Always had great service when bringing things back always use self service and get help right away when I need it.

Lovely store the staff are great ..Just one thing... If youre going to shop at Walmart at all.. park right in front of Walmart.. otherwise you're going to have to Lug all of your items all the way from Walmart to the other side of the parking lot where Bulk Barn is because the mall gets closed and the shopping carts lock.just a FYI

Customer service was excellent and the store was very clean.
It was a pleasure to browse the aisles for their specials and sale items. Lots of free parking.
I plan to return to shop here for birthday gifts and special household items. The clothing section was fantastic. Plus size clothing for both men and women. Nice footwear too. I viewed lots of lovely jewelry items.

Store is great. Not enforcing the properly warn mask at this location. A number of college age girls had masks essentially covering chin and bottom lip. Despite 4 staff of the same age observing the situation no one approached the group.

Quieter and easier to shop than the other Walmarts in the city. Doesn't have the full grocery selection other locations do but as long as I don't need fresh fruit/vegetables on a particular trip I'll gladly stop here rather than deal with the chaos of Trainyards/Billings bridge/etc.

Clean bright store. Staff made sure patrons were following covid rules. We had a wonderful Man cash us out. He made the great trip worth it.

Amazing place to shop very quite place super clean but not to many things in stock they have a few items but not everything like other walmarts in ottawa .

I went in to return a broken product and I had lost my receipt! The assistant manager on that day was a gentleman named Siva. He was very patient and professional as he explained the Return Policy rules they have in place.
So with no receipt I had everything working against my favor and I was just about to give up and walk away leaving behind my broken product but with transaction tracking there was some hope.

Siva the Ast Manager went above and beyond in helping out with this process and even bringing me to the isle to make sure I picked the right replacement product. I walked out with a new replaced water dispenser and a new Walmart credit card that would also make it easier to track transactions if I ever get my receipt lost again.

Walmart needs more employees like Savi. Dedicated and helpful especially during this pandemic

I just the best customer experience today at Blair/Gloucester Walmart. The day manager Mike took the time to explain how I can order online by scanning the item while being in the store. I’ve been struggling to get some crocs for my potty training toddler. Thanks Mike 😊

I got my COVID vaccine at the pharmacy. The staff was helpful and organized. Wendy, the wonderful human who administered my first dose, is a delightful human. She was caring, compassionate, and overjoyed to be saving lives.

Clean and organized. Of course people going the wrong way. Due to isles being so small then most Walmarts, have to be careful about being close to others. Hate when they park their carts in middle of isles as they go to whatever shelf no matter where it is. I am handicapped and makes for a difficult time getting around and then give me a dirty look or same something rude as if I caused the issue.
