Canada Post

I live just around the corner from this post office and have used it for years to mail books. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is unfailingly courteous, the service professional. The long opening hours during the week and especially on Saturday is an incredible convenience.

I have been here several times and every time I leave I come away with stories of the complete rudeness of the people working in this post office. They obviously hate dealing with the public and provide the absolute barest minimum of customer service, if you can even call it that. I now go out of my way to go to further post offices just to avoid having contact with these ladies.

Second time in this post office. The employees don’t know how to send parcels properly. I needed to send collect on delivery here. The lady literally told me it doesn’t exist/ doesn’t work and said the has a line up behind me so I had to leave. The worst experience.

The actual business hours of the pharmacy and post office are not the same as those printed on delivery notices from Canada Post. I have been inconvenienced twice in the past six months by this inconsistency. Please ensure that the information provided is consistent, or don’t provide any information at all.

The person on the phone hung up on me twice without listening to my question, talking about “you’re waisting my time”. How am I waisting your time when you don’t even listen to my concern ?
That was so disrespectful.

These are not the correct hours. They are closed on Sundays. Learned that the hard way
