I have been a client for almost a decade. The staff is so wonderful! Everyone is highly trained, experts, in fact! I started coming for electrolysis, and Nancy is amazing! I'm working towards only using safe and natural products on my skin which is exactly what they use in all of their services and, they also sell them. Hélène is an invaluable resource, she is so knowledgable about the ingredients used in all of your products. I trust her implicitly. Nancy is so wonderful. I am so happy with the results so far, I still have a few sessions to go but I have such a new appreciation and confidence in my body thanks to electrolysis. I would 10/10 recommend anyone one to go. Its calm, clean, and everyone is lovely and professional.

I just had an amazing facial at Profil De Soie. Rajaa knew just what I needed to spend the least amount possible as I am on a very tight budget and recommended accordingly. I have been going to Profil de Soie since 2020 to get electrolysis. It is a great salon, very clean and professional, and Nancy is simply wonderful with all her clients. I highly recommend this place!!

LGB here, and I consider Nancy an ally. You'll probably be put off by the place 'cuz it looks so straight TBH but once with Nancy, behind closed doors, she is professional. She's been doing it for so long, she's seen it all.

Mid-40's - Hair removal becomes more of a concern. I'm not a candidate for laser but better suited for electrolysis. I found Nancy through the provinical professional association for electrolysis... (yes, that is a thing). It's been 8 months. Some regions of my body have no more hair - what more can I say.

Ça fait maintenant plus d'un an que je vais à la Clinique Profil de Soie pour prendre soin de ma peau sensible et réactive. Je n'ai jamais eu d'aussi beaux résultats en suivant les conseils de Rajah et Hélène. Malheureusement, j'ai souvent été mal conseillée par le passé. J'ai choisi de leur faire confiance et je ne regrette pas du tout. Chez Profil de Soie, on prend le temps d'évaluer ma peau, on me propose des produits naturels et biologiques doux qui font vraiment la différence. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Je recommande fortement et sans hésiter les soins chez Profil de soie. Hélène est professionnelle, rigoureuse dans son travail et elle a pris le temps de m'expliquer pourquoi plusieurs années d'électrolyse dans d'autres salons n'ont pas donné des résultats très significatifs. Maintenant, je vois une grande différence, tant dans la manière de faire le soin que dans les résultats!

Rajaa est incroyable, douce et à l'écoute. Hélène est aussi très accueillante et prend le temps de donner des explications. On se sent très bien dans cet institut hâte au prochain rendez-vous.
