To the girl that made me wait for iced coffee this morning! Thanks you so much. I noticed you ran out of sugar and rather than just get it done. This girl took the time to go get more in the back. They were busy and she could have rushed. She didn't. Now my wife likes her coffee a certain way. Because this girl took her time to do it right, my wife's coffee the way she likes it. I really appreciate it. I really do. Thanks so much. I wish I knew her name but the attention to detail is remarkable.

So fast service nice employee simply the best

This place and the one on st Jacques are THE absolute best McDonald's in mtl. Each has its own unique perks. Don't change anything here. Staff is super friendly and kind to all kinds of customers no matter who they are. Impressive. They need recognition for their hard work. Thank you for NEVER getting my order wrong also impressed.

I want to applaud the people working over there.

It seems to be the spot for homeless people and, first of all they don't kick them out so, way to go! Good thinking. But also their employees feel safe by doing so, because the problem is that those two things do not always work out well, but they found a balance that helps both sides. Lot of big Companies should go this way.

But yeah otherwise its a mcdonald the food is meh but it's not only this place its just like... The corporation you know...

Awesome! If you are looking for a cheap place with great menu, McDonalds is that place.

The service was ok, the food was normal. The place was a little dirty specially near the soda station. The fries were ok, i had a chicken burger and it was in the normal standard. They were a little slow but the restaurant was full so it was ok the waiting time. Also, this McDonald's has a ramp, is perfect if you have a stroller.

Chill spot the bathroom is not available, though, so if you're in a sticky situation, go straight to the mall's restrooms

I have worked here , this place is always crowded, when I say crowded even at 2 in the morning it's crowded, but guess what this mcd is best in Montreal, they don't delay the orders like never , since I have worked here I know the management here , they are one of the nicest people you'll ever come across. Try this 24/7 mcd. And they rarely go out of stocks. The best mcd💯

Good expérience. Also provides Take Home, Uber Delivery, Door dash Delivery, Skip the Dishes Delivery. They are very quick and Accurate in the orders. Very Hygienic Place.

They frequently clean the room both of trash and sleeping homeless. It's a good franchise overall, service is quick (went there during the night past midnight). The staff looks happy to be working there, it's as good as it get for a McDo!

Giving 4 stars cause of the volume of people they have to deal with in the morning. Plus the freak shows. Love the little old lady at the counter in the mornings.

Always very fast prep of order with those new kiosks. And I love the personalization features they offer me. And great, great coffee.

I think McDonald's doesn't need too much explanation, they have the best french fries ever! And the burgers, ok there are many places where the burgers are bigger and better taste but a big Mac is a big Mac, the sauce is unique , they always have promotions so you can save a lot of money, so yes McDonald's is the best fast food restaurant ever

Service was adequate, agents protocol and courteous very good, and added more sauce to the big Mac after I asked, ( it's a must do).

What I admire much about this place are employees make the service go fast. The food are awesome too. I usually go there if I want to eat some burgers hahahah
