Nice Lady.

Uses an older model Apilus machine.

Went for hair removal treatment on face. Some burning/scabbing after first treatment. Assured it would go away. Continued with treatment, was never counseled to stop or take longer between sessions. Now have hyperpigmentation scars and some pitting in treated area.

Also, after several treatments, don't really see any noticeable hair reduction.

Obviously quite disappointed with this outcome. Hoping the damage to my skin will go away with time, but so far, little improvement in the scarring.

Again, nice lady, who seems to have had lots of years in the business, but i would have a discussion with her about scarring/burning/pitting before initiating treatment. Go slow and light.

As per the scarring, I regret having gone.
