Not gonna lie, after reading reviews here, I got a little bit terrified. However, in reality, visiting this post office turned out to be a pleasant experience. I got there around 3 PM, and there was a small line (3-4 people) that handled their matters pretty quickly. And it took only 5 mins or even less to pick up an international parcel. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went during my lunch break. Waited a minute or so and someone came out to help me. Very straightforward, very fast, very friendly.

I need to mail my passport to the consulate general to get a new one. Justin is so helpful, and gave me detailed guidance. Nice and great service!

Amazing staff. I go to this location at least twice every week and I always feel welcomed. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, wait times are never unreasonable. Thank you Linda, Monique & all others who have served me over the last few months.

Linda at the Post office here is the best person in Ontario I feel to consult when you sending something overseas especially when it’s time sensitive. I went to Fedex and to three different Canada post locations in a 50 km radius but she was the only one who could guide me absolutely correctly when it is critical.
She is extremely professional and she will think of options and guide you the way no one else can. Not sure how I would manage if she ever decides to leave this location LOL
I’ve known her for almost 3 to 4 years now and come back to this location even though Brantford is closer for me

My experience at this post office has been good. Staffs were friendly the two time I went there to ship parcels.

Unfair reviews. Nice people, good service. They haven't thrown any mails to me yet. They smile and do their job.

Good to take ur mail there if u ate mailing over across the country and Parcells as well

This post office could use a second person during busy times. The staff does a good job given the circumstances and are lovely people.

Think you will quickly grab your parcel or mail before work? Wrong. Be prepared to wait in line for 3-6 business days. The staff are otherwise nice, but this location needs more help.

Just returned back from dealing with "Linda", the post office manager.
Got a notice left yesterday that I needed to pick up my parcel here after 1 pm next business day, noticed there was duty to be paid so no problem.

Went over to this location just after 1 (Was quite close to it) and was paired with Linda to assist me.

She checked the slip and looked for the box for about 10-20 seconds, and then informed me it wasnt there.
My response was "Oh, the slip said it should be ready after 1" to which her response was an extremely rude "Yes AFTER 1, which is any time after 1 so come back around 4 or 5. You just watched me look through those boxes, I have 3 shipments coming in, its not here"

This was 0-100 for absolutely no reason and honestly Im a bit taken aback at how rude and unprofessional she was.
She then glanced at the top of the pile as I was leaving and realized the box had been sitting there the entire time.

Now I realize I was there shortly after 1, I realize everyone has their days or is busy or whatever, but theres absolutely no need to treat your customers with such disrespect. Had I been told hey we're a little backed up today and it will come in a bit later, sorry - This would have been totally acceptable.

I would recommend avoiding this location if possible, at least until they have another manager in place or Linda is given some feedback - She seems to be a recurring issue in these reviews.

My experience today was dissapointing, and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I walked in 20 minutes before closing, and I was behind one gentleman who took about 15 minutes to finish what he was doing. Instead of being understanding that I had been standing there for 15 minutes, the lady that served me yelled behind the man "you know I close at 6pm right?" I felt uncomfortable, I didn't say anything because I didn't want to aggravate the situation more, but I had been standing there for 15 minutes... Then, I was finally served only to be told "You know, you are this close from not receiving your parcel today", again, I just didn't say anything because it's very clear that this lady was having a bad day. I get it, you are supposed to be closed in 5 minutes - but I have been waiting 15 minutes to simply pick up my parcel. It was a bit much, and pretty uncalled for.

Went there 4 times to pick up my registered letter. Last time was the last drop when Linda the manager told me that she cannot dig through all parcels because she doesn't have the time for that and to come back again. She also said that it is very busy time of year and she is really busy. I was the only person waiting. I think that Linda is there for me as a customer to help, not to bossy around.ever apologize as well. I got so frustrated I contacted Canada Post. The lady who I spoke with was very nice, gave me promise that the manager will contact me. The manager phoned me and that was even worse. He assured me that the letter came yesterday, and that he knows Linda for long time and she is such a nice person.... Bottom line do not go to that post office.

They told me it is one day shipment, but it took three business days! If you are dealing with passport which is time sensitive, avoid Canada Post!

Not only have I had two notices say they've been delivered a week before they actually arrived in my mailbox but I just went into the post office 10 minutes ago and it was closed. It's supposed to be open until 9pm. Also whenever I have a question or concerns about not getting my mail when it says it's been delivered, I'm ignored entirely. This is the most unprofessional location I've ever been to.
