Real Canadian Superstore Highland Road

I am impressed with the customer service I received today. I was carrying a bag of flour through the store in my arms, which of course got all over my clothing and was a disaster by the time I reached the checkout. The gentleman working the self-checkout (around 5:20pm today) quickly came over to help. After seeing my struggling to brush flour off of my clothes, he came over with a plastic produce bag to cover the flour bag and prevent any more from escaping and getting into my clothing.

I was in a hurry and forgot to take a peak at his name tag. While most would stand there cluelessly or not bother to help, he came over, offered a solution and kindly pointed out the sanitizer as well to help clean the rest of the flour off of my arms and hands. My clothes and my husband's clean vehicle thank you!

After so much experience with sub par customer service, it was so so nice to have someone actually step up and lend a hand where they were not expected to. These are the employees that you should be rewarding above those who mindlessly scan an item, don't even bother to say hello at the cash register and lack basic customer service skills.
So please do consider that when he is due for his next raise. Because for this one review that I'm leaving, I bet there are multiple people who have also noticed that little bit of extra care. And it matters!

My go to place to get groceries. The staff is helpful and polite. The place is always clean and haven't had any issue here. The people trying to get you to sign up for the credit card can be aggressively selling it to you though.

Our preferred destination for groceries as a family is this massive store with an extensive selection of products. One reason why I particularly enjoy shopping here is that it's never overly crowded, even on weekends. Unlike other Real Canadian Superstores, the shopping carts are unlocked and don't require a loonie.

I loved this place. Since I just moved into my house, my list of things to buy was long and they had everything I was looking for. The place is tidy and clean, and the staff is friendly. Thank you

Huge store. Surprisingly really good vegan selection and decent prices on them. Found a bunch of vegan stuff here I was not expecting! Daiya pastas, Chao cheese, Daiya yogurts, Big Mountain, Yves, Gardein. They also have a lot of PC brand vegan things now. Everything is a bit scattered so you have to hunt around for those items a bit but they do have specific sections for dairy free and meat alternatives as well. Lots of parking. Well stocked and clean. No longer separate entrances/exits for COVID regulations.

Went tonight, January 31st, right before close and was provided excellent customer service from Aaron (guessing from the receipt). Although there were difficulties with some prices from our purchase and a gift card mistake, he was very patient and and didn't rush us even though it ended up being 11.
The supervisor we spoke with after to correct our gift card error was also kind and helpful. Didn't get a chance to ask for a name but thanks again!

I want to recommend this store to everyone in Kitchener Waterloo, especially I love their home delivery that is available. They are the best online grocery delivery option, the best prices, great products, flawless delivery. I am thrilled I can shop at Real Canadian Superstore online now, I specifically applied for my Mastercard to be able to shop at their online store and I can now.
They sell products you really can’t find at any other store my favourite was Langnese Acacia honey, price half the price they sell it anywhere else. I learned just yesterday they are a part of Loblaws chain, I now understand why the service is superior and all the products are my favourite. Loblaws is famous for that, I shopped at Loblaws stores back in Ottawa, friendly, courteous managers and customer service. So glad they have stores in Kitchener Waterloo, glad I can continue shopping at all their stores, awesome name also love it, great name to have to couple with excellent customer service great products and unbeatable compatible prices. Made my day today, delivered what I ordered flawlessly, in time. A very happy customer and I think for life. Thank you Loblaws and thank you Real Canadian Superstore.

It's a clean store. The majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. It's very expensive . Their specials costs more than other stores regular price. Their stock consists of a good variety. Not like Walmart who got rid of all the brands except one major brand and one no-name of each product, leaving us with no selection at all.

Awesome store, the employees are very nice, especially jade, that girl me and my friend usually see working at customer service (shes very helpful and nice) overall 5 stars

I was looking for one item. I asked the person at the checkout, they asked someone in the store. Next thing there is a gentle person walking me down an isle and pointing where the items were. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great place for fresh food and speciality items like sushi, rotisserie chicken, seafood, etc. Also, clothing, magazines and cards, kitchen appliances, etc. It seems you can order stuff using a PC or cell phone and swing by to pick up the order. Would like to try this sometime. Found staff friendly and helpful during today's visit.

Was helped by a young woman in the seafood department who was super friendly and polite. I was impressed by her positive attitude towards work and her suggestions were very helpful. Hope you keep it up! Wish there were more people like you in the store! Thank you Kristine? (Hope that’s right) ☺ overall it’s a big store, lots to choose from, I love the home department, wish they kept the BMO doors open later it’s hard they close at 8pm and I like that entrance better. I enjoy the selection and the deals. Wish you offered better options for salad greens 🥬 overall it’s a great store and I would recommend shopping here. It would also be nice if they offered more customizable pre-made salads that can be vegan or add more unique fruits / veggie options 🥕I would recommend shopping here if you’re in the area. The PC products can be awesome!

At first I wasn't a big fan of Real Canadian Superstore because I always thought it was such an expensive place to shop but honestly I was so wrong. I was stunned at my grocery bill this week - 212 for 6 full bags of groceries including jumbo box of pampers which was on deal by the way and big bag of rice.

I was also pleased with the fresh fruits ( oh my goodness the Strawberries smelt amazing ) , all of the vegetables were fantastic as well. If real Canadian Superstore keeps this up I will forever keep visiting!!! Fresh fruits and veggies 😋

It is more expensive than other places but, I love this store, it is always neat and tidy and you can find almost everything you’re looking for. Its employees are helpful and kind.

This place always offers plenty of promotions. This store is really huge and have almost everything. Interestingly, it also offers international groceries at competitive price.
They always have fresh Pizza dough and cakes.

The customer service here is so good. Went in looking for party favour bags and they took their time to help me look in the back. The efforts are genuinely appreciated!

Always or go to option for groceries and what not.. We find the East Superstore to be the biggest (and that too withh an in-house liquour store..
