Metro Plus Kirkland

After arriving in DDO in the fall of 2022 and back in Quebec, I went into exploring all the grocery stores around me and tried to find which one I liked best. Metro came as number #1. Fresh food, nice bread, super-fresh meat (with small cuts available), fast self-checkout counters, friendly staff. Long live Metro!

Amazing, not too many ppl on friday so it was ideal time for groceries everything is always in stock

Clean store, fresh produce, and quick service. The efficient staff ensures a time-saving experience. Prices are higher but justified by unique items.

This Metro grocery store is located on the center of Kirkland city. Typical grocery store, very clean, friendly staff, Ample parking. Some prices seem a little higher than Metro stores in other areas of Montreal but being at the tip of the island, more distance for delivery, that might be the reason. Otherwise well located on a main street.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. Employees are super nice and helpful, never missing carts, parking spots or stock. Thank you!!

The store seems more expensive than other stores, but everything on special are extremely cheap. I asked for email receipts every time. When I check the receipt I usually end up buying $30 of groceries and a saving of $40 or more. The only thing that I buy that is not on special is milk.

Very clean store and aisles. The fresh produce is quite good and always fresh. Staff are very helpful and efficient. Cashier lines are rarely long, therefore a big time saver for me.

Calm ans clean place not that busy and well organized but I did find expired milk ( more then month old ) or eggs or yogurt couple of times but other than that its worth going .

Excellent selection of everything, shelves fully stocked and produce extremely fresh. I will shop here regularly.

This is by far not a mega grocery store however if you take the time to look at all the nooks and crannies, you realize this store has an awful lot of selection and variety.
The produce is super fresh and well organized. The staff is courteous and generally well available.
A florist to boot as you walk in which will oftentimes save you from another trip for those occasions such as mother's day or Easter... Etc.

Lot of goods and varieties. Vegetables and fruits. Meat and fish. Cheese and delicatessen. Frozen and fresh food. There is a counter for cooked on-site roasted chicken, southern brosted chicken, fries, salad and else. Fast check out and friendly customer service. Clean and accessible single toilet room. Plenty of parking space. Accessible to wheelchairs. Easily accessible via boulevard Saint-Charles. If this review was helpful to you please don't forget to like it. Very friendly and courteous staff. Good selection, competitive prices. I've been a client now for almost a year and the service remains as helpful and pleasant as ever. I changed away from another (Loblaw's) store because the staff just were not at all welcoming.

This is my go-to store. I do 80% of my groceries there. Their produce is really good quality, and their butcher shop is one of only 2 stores in the West Island I feel gives consistently good cuts of quality meat. I've also used their online orders for pick-up, and the quality of produce and meats I receive rival my best picks -- and I'm SUPER picky when it comes to meat!
They are usually well stocked on their special items, so it's usually there no matter which day I wish to shop. It's really one of the best groceries out there in the West Island. And the reward cheques from their loyalty card are just the icing on the cake.

High quality grocery store with great personal service. My go to place for great cuts of meat…. prepared to perfection that would rival any top rated steak house restaurants.

Always a pleasure to go here although Portuguese rolls (4) went up from $2.49 to $3.19 on Tuesday (15c each). Next flyer on Thursday down to $2.99
Will NOT be ordering them again.

Great staff at the fish counter. Tall brown younger guy was very knowledgeable about oysters and made sure each one was alive.
