Had a great time at Willingdon Beach Park. There's a burger, chicken finger & fries stand, decent sized park for the kids, water park, ice cream and mini golf across the street as well. Definitely great spot for camping or day use for the whole family. Would highly recommend checking out.

It's main centre point of town.
Nice place for picnic and you can enjoy lot of activities like playing volleyball, walking along the trail reaching upto second beach, doing swimming. Above all during evening people come here especially to see one of the world's best Sunset view from here.

Such a lovely little park and beach! There is a volleyball court, 2 playgrounds, a waterpark, a dock to jump into the water from and so many trees for those who need a break from the sun! There is also a sweet little cafe/fish and chip place! All these things make this park a wonderful must see. You don't quite get to see as much of the water as you may like but all the amenities make up for it!

Beautiful area to walk around and try to spot whales from the beach. We didn't see any, but I'm sure it happens. There was a playground, washrooms and amphitheater

This is a place
to visit it has everything park- beach- a long rick pier- picnic- food -campground l-a water park and trails . You can see seals or a whale if you're lucky you can sit on a bench watching the ferries and boats or take a swim . It has sand and pebble beach on the far side of the pier with baby crabs and I've seen a jelly fish . There is ample parking and it is beautiful and walking distance from the town strip. Great place to visit.

We had already spent the day at another beach in the area but wanted to take in the sunset at Willingdon Beach Park. We were not disappointed. There were some benches to just rest at and drink in the vibrant colours.
This park is perfect for everyone- there’s a playground- plenty of grass area…loads of beach access. Simply lovely!

We had a wonderful stay at Willingdon. It was very clean, quiet, and the camp hosts were very good at communicating I liked the privacy of the campground. Showers/laundry/front gate all only accessible with a key and it felt very secure. They also went through extra mile and gave us a little bundle of kindling and paper with our fire wood. First dry fire wood we'd had at a campground since we got to the west coast. 🤣
We would definitely come here again.

Had a great experience. Some sites have so much space, and others are a little tight, but it's planned well. 3 day minimums, but if you're here to make a home base for some coastal exploration.... this site is a fantastic post if you get the right spot. Also, ice cream, mini-golf, water park, a fantastic dock, and a burger hut are all within a stones throw.

What an incredible day. We saw crabs, star fish, sand dollars, fish and even seals at this beach. Being from the prairies, this is my first chance to experience all this. On the pier there were folks doing Tai Chi. There was even a sail boat docked close by.

Great beach, large, lots of space, camping, lots of parking and close to amenities. We love the sunsets here and the great views. Lots of trails to hike in the area, and lots for the family to do here.

A great public place with spaces to picnic, play and wander. My daughters both loved the playground and I personally loved the small path to the dock. It is a gorgeous place to enjoy with friends and family.

Easy access to the beach, a variety of fully serviced lots, laundry, showers, warf, a gathering area, fire pits and wood available, it has a keyed gate and is a clean park.

Great beach trail. There's some interesting placards about nature in the area. As well as antique logging equipment displays, with local history.
