Great deals, especially if you have a store card to accumulate points and use wisely for redeeming! Be careful what you use your points on though.... When something is on special the point to sale ratio is not worth it. I've found that their peppers (Green especially) seem to be not the freshest for the last few month

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store looks clean and upkept. Produce display is good, fresh, well stocked and nicely laid out. I can usually find what I'm looking for and they have great sales. Good selection of groceries as well.

We decided to try out the new online ordering feature on the Save-On-Foods website. That ordering feature is amazing and it saves so much time just going up to the store parking in the parking lot and it would be brought right out to your car.I will definitely be using this option again as it'll save so much time as I can do all my shopping from home sending the order and then just go pick it up. Instead of having to walk around the store like I usually do for an hour on end. I can continue doing other things well I'm waiting for my order to be shopped for me.

Cheryl at the Bakery counter is awesome! I needed her help to select and help me send some last minute chocolate love for Valentine's Day and she rocked it. It's so nice to run across fantastic customer service that leaves you with a smile on your face. Thank you Cheryl!

Save On is our go to grocery store. It is a very clean and bright store. The public washroom is always clean and checked on. Produce is always good. If we do have a problem, customer service is always very diligent in handling complaints and gives a full refund!

My wife's Mom turned 90 today. We phoned up to this store to have balloons and flowers sent to her from your store. We cannot say enough about the service we received from your store and particularly Kim in the floral department. Kim phoned this morning to tell us that they were on their way. We cannot say enough about the patience she had with us herher concern for us not being able to be there because of covid and just her overall empsthy for tge situation CONGRATULATIONS for a job well done

Worked with assistant manager Aaron to rectify a pickup- order mistake, and not only did he fix the mistake , he shipped the missing meat to Savary island. Small town amazing customer service . Thank you !

Love the specialty isle and the selection for eggs is great ,also I believe they have the best deli meat section of the three major stores hear . I find the staff to be super helpful and very friendly ,I've noticed a trend in alot if stores of pointing to the area your looking for and leaving you to find the item yourself ,not so here ,I've witnessed several employees take the time to walk the customer to the isle and take them directly to the item ,this is how it's supposed to be done ,thank you Save On !

Save On Foods is got Wonderful desserts for Choaclate Pies in Coconut Pies If looking for anything from steaks too pastas you'll love the deli shop as well in cooked foods for fast meals that still taste like fresh homemade salads Greek salads one of mmmn y favs in olives are a great added touch as I
mozzarella in croutons for your Cesar salads I love ice cream after a fantastic meal in Chocolate Pie...Trying there cooked chicken wings are yummy !

My niece lives in Powell River with 4 young children. Her partner works on Vancouver Island. I live in the Gulf Islands. So I called Save On Foods in Powell River, spoke with Lynn in the Bakery. Asked if it's possible for me to pay for a gift for my family and I would then call my niece to pick it up. Lynn was incredibly helpful and kind... even put a bow on the gingerbread house gift! Then 2 days later, Lynn called me to ask if it might be OK for her to deliver my gift to my niece -- on her way home from work --because my niece hadn't been able to pick it up.... the next thing I know, I get a text saying the gift had just been delivered!! TOTALLY melted my heart that Lynn would go WAY above and beyond the call of duty.... I REALLY hope Lynn gets a BIG RAISE! (~_~) Happy Holidays Save-On-Foods... thanks for 'being there' for our family.

Very large store and you can get everything you need here. Super clean and well kept.

Excellent bakery. So glad they started making the pizza buns, especially since Safeway is gone. They're my favorite!!

This is a really awesome grocery store. Busy place. Deli, bakery, meat, fruit, veggies all amazing. I would love it more if they had a few more cashiers 🤔😁👍

Fast, friendly, clean, and great prices. In fact the pharmacist at save on foods showed me a new product that is TWICE the strenghth for half the $ and its not even no name!! Thankyou save on foods!

Very best pharmacists in town. PJ and Susan always go above and beyond the call of duty... I highly recommend this pharmacy for the best, knowledgeable service in town.

I love shopping here they are so friendly &I recently discovered Hummus &crackers(lunch size) in the bunker by the deli...really good!
