Very friendly camp staff/owner’s. Sites were large enough and level each with a fire pit. Our site was located backing right onto the water. Great launching point for day trips to Cornwallis, Digby and even Yarmouth. Laundry rooms were clean and functional. Overall, highly recommend. Side note: A great supporter of this countries Veterans

We had a great experience here. We are on a 3-week tour so we booked in February and the admin service was very prompt and easy to book. We booked cabin K7, which is definitely the primo spot of the whole place with amazing views. The campground is very well kept. The cabin is a bit shabby but it’s a dry roof. I’m glad that we had sheets to cover the mattress even though we slept in sleeping bags.

Me and my husband spent two nights here in the Lilly pad and had his mom over as well. Great location close to restroom and the on site store.
Also excellent staff great people who are will to help out in any way. I highly suggest if you have children it's a great place to take them they have a pool arcade games and a pool table what more can you ask for.

We went tenting there for the weekend and we had an amazing time. Staff was great and so was the location. Washrooms and showers were clean. Even the prices in their store aren't crazy expensive as in some campgrounds. We will definitely be back.

Very nice campsite, very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean sanitary facilities and the dump station is even suitable for small portable toilets. You rarely find that here. Can highly recommend the place.

This is a large and well organized campground with all the necessary facilities including laundry and a pool. As with most private grounds, many of the sites are occupied by seasonal guests but there are still plenty available for a few nights. The tidal hydro-electric power plant is several hundred metres across the bay. I found it interesting to watch as the tides changed. The area is wonderful, including a short drive into Annapolis Royal and the pretty little colourful village of Granville Ferry. Digby is a 40 km drive along highway 101 but we chose to drive highway 1 to see the old houses and small villages along the way.

We used to.go here when my children were little, so it's been about 11 or 12 years. I came down from Ontario and took my daughter and her family there for a couple nights.
We rented 'Uncle Bill's' cabin and was not disappointed. A cute little cabin across from the playground and all other amenities were not too far away.
The grounds are well kept, the bathrooms, showers were very well maintained. The kids loved the arcade, pool and even rented kayaks. The staff are amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable

What a great campground. We were lucky enough to get a back-in site [A7 with an awsome view. Lots of things for kids to do. They had a great band playing Saturday night. This is a clean and well maintained park. You are 1/2 from Digby [grocery stores and a Walmart] and 3 minutes to Annapolis Royal. Did not use the showers, but laundry worked well. We would highly recommend using this campground.

Stayed 2 nights (one during the passage of Tropical Storm Elise) in their 29' Cougar trailer's. Very nice trailer. Public washrooms were immaculate. They had scheduled activities for the kids (movies, slip and slide). Very clean and quiet campground. Highly recommend.

Great site. This is our second time there. Our kids are 7 and 4. They loved every inch of the place. Very accommodating to my father who has Parkinson's. The only inconvenience was the lousy wifi. I just needed it to work for Netflix so I could do some cleaning while the kids watched TV. And the showers take quarters, which is great because it conserves water. the showers were freezing, Maybe I have to pick a better time. I used them at night. Prices were more than reasonable. The office/shop had everything we needed until 9pm. The beach was full of life. Our kids were intrigued by the little beach critters everywhere. I frisked our daughter (4) for pocketed shellfish before we left. There's something for everyone. On rainy days, we played in the arcade. On sunny days we went to the beach and pool. The pool is a little small but we aren't training for the Olympics and pools expensive to insure and maintain. So it's understandable. I love that the play ground is as much natural wood as possible. And the signs in the arcade, garbage cans in the cabins, fire pits and decor are recycled/reused items. Maintenance on the grounds was great, and the bathrooms were clean. The washers and dryers were 2$ a load to wash and 2$ to dry. Only one washer takes quarters, the rest take loonies, make sure you bring change or buy some at the office. The best advice I can give for anyone coming: if you like peace and quiet after about 9pm, come on weekdays. We were there from Tuesday July 20 to Saturday July 24. Friday night was rough. Lots of kids. Screaming. The midnight noise curfew was strictly enforced. But the kids shrieked until midnight on the dot. And that is not the managements fault. It's the families of the kids. If you're ok with noise, come on weekends. There's always something going on. Definately worth it to stay here. It's 5 minutes from Annapolis Royal. Which is beautiful. Great shopping and restaurants. Fort Anne is a treasure, so is Port Royal. You won't find corporate take over here. No Walmarts, no McDonald's. One way streets, free parking. Spotless town, no garbage on the ground. Friendly people and a gorgeous place to be.

We just arrived today, but so far it has surpassed our expectations. Beautiful property. Right on the water. The cottages are sweet and cozy. The owners are sweet and so talkative. Everyone we have met has been friendly. Very excited to be here for the next 2 nights.

One of the absolute best campgrounds I have been to. The grounds are so pristine. The washrooms are always being cleaned. There are activities every weekend during the summer. You can see the owners are making improvements and upgrades each year. This year the big improvement waa a new pool.
