Reliance Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

This week/weekend we had a great experience with Reliance. When we turned on our AC this summer, it was not working. We called another company first and because of the impending heat wave they canceled on us in lieu of "emergency" calls (meaning more money for them) despite booking with them a week and a half prior. Anyways, I called Reliance late Friday morning and they were able to send someone in the 1-5 time slot! AMAZING! The man was nice and told us he couldn't do the job (I appreciate the honesty) and he left. My small complaint is he did not communicate this back to head office. Anyways, I called back the office giving him time to let them know and that didn't happen. Anyways, I called and was able to get someone to come in on Saturday morning during the 8 am to 1 pm spot. The technician they sent was great! This is really why I am giving the 5 stars, due to him. He came by even though I missed the call. He was punctual, articulate, knew what he was doing and efficient. I couldn't ask for more. Furthermore, for the level of attention and speed of fixing was top notch and very much appreciated.

Reliance exceeded my expectations given their outstanding service. Vlad swiftly resolved our plumbing issue while demonstrating his professionalism and excellent customer service. I can see that he's very good at his job and genuinely wants to resolve his clients' issues. I would definitely book Vlad as my plumber again! Highly recommend.

Our air-conditioning broke during the heat wave and it was during some very important business meetings My spouse had. She works from home, we really needed a repair ASAP. We called reliance and they were able to send someone the next day. The technician who came and fixed our air conditioning was named Dan, he was fantastic. He did a very thorough job professionally explaining the problem with the unit and was able to fix it even though ours is a very old model. He came late in the day after hours even though was booked before 5. The previous day I had scheduled a repair with another company that had blown me off, when they were going to come after five o’clock. Would definitely consider using them again.

Josh was assigned with the service call to fix air conditioning in my unit and has done such a wonderful job. He was respectful, patient and knowledgeable. Even after fixing the AC he did not rush me and made sure job well done. Thank you for such a positive customer experience.

I called on a Sunday because our kitchen sinks weren't draining. Vlad arrived and was able to get us going in no time. Very courteous and explained everything to me, He advised on how to maintain the sinks and even took the time to tighten our bar sink. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Vlad's work and would recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

Last week we had tankless water heater and water softener installed. It was a very smooth and amazing experience. The sales representative Kate Bryant was super supportive and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and concerns, before and after the installation

The plumber Mohsen came over to inspect our hot water issue and he’s very patient in explaining the possible issues, the process and the solution. Very happy about his service. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with jey. He was very accommodated, i was running late for my appointment to meet him at the door, he said he'll come back, he eventually came back after finishing his other jobs and than did my job very professional. He was taking his time and making sure all the work is done properly and there was no leakage. I would recommend him any time to do your job.

Technician came to fix my thermostat, realized that my furnace and a/c has not been serviced in over a year and performed those services as well. This saved me from having to make another appointment. Appreciated that. He was gentle, professional and he put everything back where it was found. Great service from Gerry Youmin. Would love to have him each year.

Our furnace had stopped working and we contacted Reliance Home Comfort. They sent over a technician a couple of hours later. Josh was excellent! He not only identified the issue, he took his time to answer our many questions as he went about correcting the issue to get our furnace back up and running. Thanks Josh!

Logan provided excellent service in fixing my water heating system. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. He explained the issue clearly and efficiently resolved it, restoring hot water to my home in no time. From consultation to installation Reliance Heating and Air conditioning is the best. They were considerate, had great product knowledge and provided the best Furnace for my needs. The installation team were fast and courteous and I was extremely happy with their work. I fully recommend Reliance because they put my needs first and gave me a great solution for years to come. Excellent experience.The technician who came (Farooq) checked the furnace out thoroughly. He took the time to explain the issues with the unit . He provided his recommendation on what needed to be done.

Andrew provided excellent knowledge service today. He provided me a review / demonstration of the work completed, and left a clean work area. I also appreciated the heads up call he gave well in advance of his arrival.
