I recently visited the Canadian Tire store several times and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. This large and excellent store, spanning across two floors, offers a fantastic shopping experience. Conveniently located next to a gas station, it provides a one-stop destination for all your needs.
I was delighted to find a Starbucks coffee shop in CT neighborhood, allowing me to fuel up with a hot beverage before embarking on my shopping journey.
The basement floor houses an impressive range of car consumables and accessories, catering to all automotive needs. From engine oil to windshield wipers, they had it all.
Moving to the ground floor, I was amazed by the vast selection of home and kitchen appliances, tools, detergents, plants, gardening supplies, and outdoor furniture. It truly felt like a treasure trove for any homeowner or DIY enthusiast. The store consistently offers good deals, ensuring that customers get great value for their money.
The standout feature of this Canadian Tire store, however, is its staff. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly and available to assist with any queries or concerns. Their knowledge and expertise made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.

I mean… it’s Canadian Tire. It’s great. They carry everything but in this day and age, good luck finding sales help but we needed stuff for summer camp and they had pretty much all of it. Decent prices too. Love, love, love the Frank product names. What a hoot.

Its a big place alot of options and some items are very affordable, sales are reasonable and nice to shop at. Staffs are very helpful and know which isle the stuff I was looking for, I'm just hoping for them to be more lively tho, I know its a long day but It makes me feel bad for just asking a question. Overall its nice experience

Canadian Tire consistently has a great product selection, and the last few times I needed assistance, I found help quickly and easily. Highly recommended! I hope they can keep going with these great stores of theirs. However, the last time I was there, the cashier stopped two guys on their way out with four items in the bag and a receipt for only one, yet let them go. Obviously, safety comes before shrinkage and loss, but this has to stop. It's not an easy problem to solve.

Canada's store for everyone and almost everything. I'm not a shopper but I enjoy shopping at this Canadian Tire store. Organized and well stocked with wide aisles, you'll have fun finding what you came for and something more. Pleasant staff and usually a speedy exit through checkout.

The service here is impeccable. Everyone from the staff to the manager and assistant manager were incredibly helpful and insightful. When i initially came for an assessment, I got an accurate diagnosis plus further help at no further charge. The Mr lube I went to prior gave me false information, and tried to sell me some tires with said information. Even before I had agreed on a service here at Canadian tires, I had received truthful advice and information. Although the price you may pay is a tad more expensive than other shops, the peace of mind and quality of work from this experience made it worth it. Will be coming back in the future for seasonal changes and such…

You know it's so easy to criticize negative experiences, but I just want to call out Matt and the Auto-service shop there for a couple of important positives:
- Listening and valuing my priorities.
- Giving me a mix of options and information I can make a decision with, that I feel confident in.
- Being resourceful and considerate of my car's time out-of-service.

To me it's above and beyond. For Matt, he thinks it's a normal way to treat everyone. Highly recommended.

I'll like to give 100% good review to Auto service Advisor who is Valeska. She always gives me good advice when I had repair problem and keeping in touching with me all the time about my tire flat.👍👍👍

This is my favourite Canadian Tire location in the entire GTA. It's super dog friendly, well lit, clean and always well stocked. It's also very well staffed with most of the staff being approachable. That said, the only con is that not all staff are in the know about the products on the shelves. We have realized throughout the years to seek out the more experienced individuals to assist us. Rasha in particular is wonderful; she's highly knowledgeable, friendly and has never failed in locating an item for me or answering my questions; she has that store memorized like the back of her hand!
Our family highly recommends this location!

Had a terrible day, my car broke down less than a KM from the Sheppard Canadian Tire location and also my home. It was after hours and was unable to tow my car into the Canadian Tire garage. I had to leave my car in the Canadian Tire parking lot. Of course in the morning got a parking ticket for $75. Now i'm in the hole for Tow $250.00 + ticket $75. Finally got the car into Canadian Tire and initial estimate was 800.00 for parts and labour. Now, word is Canadian Tire is too expensive and they over charge for work that doesn't need to be done...False! Ron and Sonny assessed my situation provided me with an alternative solution. Instead of a $800.00 cost the solution cost me 150.00. Cross referenced my car trouble with my normal mechanic and he was happy they provided the right solution. Also, as a customer service gesture Matt and another manager took care of the parking ticket. You guys have a life long client!!!

I have had a horrendous experience at the location of close to sheppard and mccowan. Not this location.

Everything went well. They have an organized store, with auto down stairs and everything else upstairs. They have lots of sales going on all the time. The cash out line was quick and the staff were very helpful with providing the right direction since i had a specific list of items i needed.

I would recommend.

We had to change our battery and the service was impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable and the whole process was so smooth.

The staff are very helpful always and its a very comfortable store to shop and I always find what I need in top brands and or the best choice to buy

Love the winter jackets they have. And the fall decor.

I keep commenting on how amazing this store is but once again we visited and LOVED this display of Champs Wallets!!! They had men's and women's and the prices were amazing and display was FULL!!!

Great customer service experience 👍 However, It's inconvenient to drive down to pick up area for large item located ground level if you parked your vehicle on upper level. But your item is ready by associates at the designated area.

Huge parking lot, store, friendly staff and competitive prices. Items on sale fly off the shelf so fast on this location though.
