The BEST workout in the Laurentians. Nera’s class is given in an extremely Zen and spacious environment. Her training, experience and ability to provide a complete workout experience with amazing results is why I have been attending her classes ( as much as I can as I am still working) for over 15 years.

In Neeraland we exercise in a pastoral setting with music. Neera has a large repertoire of yoga postures, stretching and Pilates. Healthy place.

Les steppettes de Nera sont imbattables. Toujours renouvelées ses cours non seulement nous tiennent en forme mais nous apportent joie, appartenance au groupe sans jugement. On fait ce qu'on peut:«Écoutez votre corps» comme elle dit si bien.
