Ayawan - Brasserie Artisanale

This place is a well-kept secret! The IPA Intuition beer is tasty. The food is homemade and so good. And service was perfect. It's just an overall fantastic place to have a beer and enjoy nature 🍺❤

Decided to go on a beery road trip in the Laurentians, and this was our first stop.
Great setup, with a fire pit, picnic tables and a deck giving you access to the river.
The location used to be a synagogue, so it has that spiritual thing going on.
Personnel was friendly and helpful, explained the beers well.
The lager served via lukr was excellent, the IPA was also great.
There was a pop up shop, a Thai family making papaya salad and pad Thai, it was great.
It was worth suffering through the traffic heading north to check this place out.

Worth to take a stop while paddling down the river. Good beer, friendly people.

One of my favourite breweries in the whole of Quebec. First of all, the beer is to die for, second the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere unforgettable. The master brewer Maxim, helped me pick the perfect brew, and let me taste beers as well. Highly recommend!

Found this while kayaking, and pulled up to the dock, walked about 10 meters, and ordered our beer! Great little microbrewery. Excellent beer. Very clean. Would go back.

This little brewery has found its footing…and then some! After some stumbles with production in a pandemic context, Ayawan is consistently turning out a wide variety of compelling brews. The idyllic riverside location alone makes this a worthwhile detour from Le Ptit Train or the 117!

Quaint atmosphere on the edge of the river. Old building rebuilt with beautiful wood craftsmanship. The staff are lovely and helpful. I love their variety of brews. Will be back for sure

Simply one of the BEST microbreweries in North America(…and not just the beer critics say that.) The owners have a vision arround maximum freshness and taste experience and foster values long gone in many other crafts. Very inspirational place to appreciate a glass or two of great brewer mastery constantly thriving for absolute perfection 🍻

Think of a perfect rustic style little microbrewery in the woods and its exactly the place you will imagine. Warm ambiance, stunning building, nice outside tables to relax beside the river and exceptionally good beer. The perfect motorcycle stop.

Great atmosphere with even better beer and walking distance from home. What more can we ask for!

There are no bad beers here. Everything brewed to perfection, even styles I don't typically like, were good. Do yourself a favor and get whatever lager that is on the Lukr. Friendly staff and kids roam freely

It's worth a short detour from the Petit Train du Nord to visit this terrific little microbrewery. The building is beautiful, the beer is great, and the setting is nice as well--right next to the Riviere du Nord in Val-Morin.

Fancy beers 🍻 and popcorn 🍿. No food though
