I would like to thank Max from the shoes department for excellent 10/10 customer service today. Made some very useful recommendations as for the hiking boots I was trying, was very polite and friendly. The size I was looking for was not available so he checked on the website and there was one left so I ordered it online. Thank you Max!

Not sure why they have such low ratings. I am sure it is due to the fact that people find this store expensive. This is the purpose of sporting life, they carry high end products and make you feel part of the experience. Bought some stuff today that was 70% off and didn’t feel like I was less as a person and was treated any different. The service was excellent minus a little old lady in the corner of the woman’s section, she seemed upset that I unfolded a rain coat haha. Other than that I would say it was part of the experience. They even gave recommendations for a vest how to wear it.

This store is absolutely stunning! The staff are extremely professional and nice. I returned an online order, made and returned an in-store purchase. Returns are seamless, without any restocking fee another reviewer mentioned. They offered free customization and molding with the purchase of ski boots. Great deals for Black Friday started a week ahead. Definitely highly recommended! It's a surprise some other reviews are less than glowing. They probably revamped their policies and attitude after those reviews. Definitely a pleasure to shop here now.

I know there is a ton of bad reviews, specially for ordering online, but I've been at the store several times and I always had a good experience.
Specially because this is the only store where I find such a good deals on reputable brands as The North face.

Location is convenient, and they have a lot of good stuff. Staff is just ok.

Bought online and unfortunately the item was not the fit I was looking for. I went to the store to return the jacket and got a refund. I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews from a few months ago but I found the overall service was very efficient. The process was simple and the employees were helpful.

Saw a lot a bad ratings,but my experience with Sporting Life was flawless,ordered Sunday, Monday got the tracking confirmation,Wednesday Canada Post delivered.The package was well wrapped, and the delivery was free.Will order again.

Excellent service à la clientèle!
On regardait des chaussures de randonnée de très grande pointure. Max, le gérant était très professionnel, amical et informatif sur le choix qu'ils ont. Il a bien expliqué les différences et les avantages de chaque botte de randonnée sélectionné. Le pointure 14 n'était pas disponible au magasin pour une des paires que nous avons choisies, alors nous l'avons acheté en ligne comme conseillé par Max.

Autres aspects :
Le magasin est propre et relativement calme, l'ambiance est très bonne.
Il y a beaucoup de produits intéressants, sur rabais ou pas.

Les autres commentaires sont un peu négatifs, mais je n'ai eu aucun problème, et même le service client a vraiment dépassé mes attentes!

Je me suis procurée une paire de lunettes oakley ce week-end et j’ai eu un excellent service de la part de Kevin. Il a prit le temps de m’expliquer, de me faire essayer plusieurs modèles selon ma forme de visage et mes goûts et pour que je compare différentes lentilles. Je repars avec un achat dont je suis entièrement satisfaite.
