Park Avenue Honda Brossard

I was completely overwhelmed by the excellent customer service that I received from the Park Avenue Honda Brossard team. It was a random afternoon that I walked in to their and I ended up buying a new car to my satisfaction. Thanks to Yan who was great to answer every question that I had and gave me the best recommendations possible so that I could make a quick and educated decision in choosing the best vehicle for me. I can't forget to mention Chaimaa who went above and beyond to assist me with the car delivery. We went over a long process but thanks to her friendly approach and efficient service I was truly delighted. Last but not least, I wish to thank Julie Laberge who was behind the whole process to ensure everything was handled up to my satisfaction. I never expected that purchasing a car would be so easy and effortless as it is with Park Avenue Honda Brossard.

Our 2013 Honda pilot was leaking what looked like transmission fluid on our return to the US, and we happened to drive by. We arrived unannounced, and within an hour, our car had been put on a lift, examined, and fixed. Stephanie was incredibly kind to us, as was the mechanic who worked on our car. They worked hard to reassure us, and followed up the next day to make sure we got home all right. We have never received this level of prompt response and care. Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you!!!

I recently purchased a new 2023 Honda civic sport . The car was purchased at another car dealership far from my house . I needed to set up my phone system and was having a difficult time in the process. I decided to go to
Honda Brossard close by to me.
The service manager Daniel referred Me to a sales person named Alexandra Lewis.
Alexandra explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgeable in the set up. I'm not that tech savvy but Alexandra made it real simple and easy to understand.
I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. Very nice person and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend her services.

I purchased a car here a few days ago. The young man named Adrien gave me all the information I needed and I was able to make a decision very quickly. He was pleasant to deal with and not pushy at all. For the delivery of the car, another young man helped me. His name was Amine and he tried very hard to give a lot of information about the car I was buying. Although he was a francophone, I asked him to speak in English for the sake of my Australian partner, and he happily obliged. His English was excellent. These two young men made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Last week I was in a car accident and unfortunately it was a total loss, but thankfully no one was hurt. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service that I received following the accident. Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process. When I arrived at the dealer after the accident, I was put in direct contact with my insurance provider and everything was facilitated very quickly. This could have been an extremely stressful experience, but instead it was seamless from the get-go and I was immediately put at ease. I am so grateful from the amazing service and help that I have received.

My car bumped into a truck and needed a body repair. I was hesitating whether to have it done at a specialized body repair shop or at the Honda dealer. I thought it must be more expensive at the Honda dealer, but wanted to give it a try anyway so booked an appointment for a free estimate. Olivia Chi at the Body Repair department evaluated the damage carefully, then proposed several repair options, clearly explained in details the pros and cons and cost of each option so I could make a well informed decision. She presented her suggestion but encouraged me to make my own choice, no pressure at all. Later on I called her again with additional questions and she answered them all clearly. She asked me to send in some pictures of the car damage for her to do a re-evaluation. She was so thoughtful as to accepting pictures to save me a trip. She did a re-evaluation and even lowered the cost. So no question, I got my car repaired at the Honda dealer. It turned out the price was very reasonable and the service was unmatchable. I really appreciate Olivia Chi's professionalism and honesty. I'll for sure recommend her and the Brossard Honda dealer for car body repair!
