I just purchased a certified XC60 from out of province, and the team at Park Avenue Volvo made the entire process easy and efficient. The staff are all very professional, answering my many questions and always responding in a timely manner. I really do appreciate they helped us with an emergency engine light issue during Christmas! We travelled from Toronto with our 2019 V60 and the engine light was suddenly on after we started the car during the cold morning. We had a panic cuz we are 400km away from home and during the Christmas holiday season is impossible to find any place to check out our car. Fortunately, we found Volvo de Brossard to help us out! Even though we haven’t been able to make a reservation just walked in, even though our car was bought from another dealer, even though it was during the holiday season, the service department welcomed us warmly and helped us to clear the engine code immediately!! Also gives us an issue code letter in case our car still has the same problem and we can hand over this letter to our local Volvo dealer for a faster diagnosis. HOW SWEET WAS THAT!!!!!(Sorry to interrupt your lunch break 😂) I know is a bit too late to leave a review here lol, but if you own a Volvo, this place is the place you can trust !!!! What a fantastic purchasing experience. Carl and his colleagues went above and beyond to knock the experience out of the park. There was an initial service issue and they were lightning fast to turn the situation around and restored faith before we could snap our fingers. The amount of care they took and attention to detail was more than I would have ever expected- especially since we were from out of province and buying pre-certified used car. They could have told us to get lost, and that would have been the end of it. Although we live a thousand kilometres away, when the time comes to replace our second vehicle, hands down it will be from Volvo Park Avenue. They had a great selection by comparison to here on the Atlantic coast and with how we were treated, at this point, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I hope my VW blows up tomorrow so I can also have a Volvo from Volvo Park Avenue/Volvo Brossard. Thanks for putting up with us!

We just leased an XC60 with Volvo Park Avenue. It was really a great Experience. While other Car Dealers I’ve had experience with in the past were overly very aggressive, this wasn’t the case at all here. Joanny and Nina were amazing. I am never disappointed when I go to my Goup Park Avenue dealership. Service is impeccable, I always get a quick outside clean of my car and the appointments are always fast. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The lounge area is really nice to enjoy a coffee and a healthy oats bar.
