This store has the best customer service! The staff (JP and Helen) were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied! We actually laughed the whole time we were there. 11/10 would recommend.

I knew Fido has great virtual customer service but I was impressed by the service I got from this store. I was served by Matteo, he helped me with a new phone and trading in the old one and porting my number to Roger’s. He took time to provide me the information and got me very good deal.

Matteo is the best rep. He always smiles and he is very down to earth. He explains everything in great detail and he is very knowledgeable in his work.

Best customer service! The staffs extremely friendly and helpful. I was helped by Helen, she set me up with a new phone and a great plan. She really went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deals. She was so insanely helpful and thoughtful, an absolute angel! 🫶🏽

I have been a satisfied customer of Fido for quite a few years and when I needed a new iPhone I decided to visit the downtown store on St. Catherine Street because it is a great place to shop. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, giving me many options to choose from. My sales representative this time was Genevieve and she was excellent and made my time in the shop a very pleasant experience indeed.

I will definitely be returning in the future when the time comes around to replace my iPhone again.

On Thursday, June 21, 2018, I finished up a call with one of your Customer Reps named Pascale at 3:26 p.m. After that, I just had to go online to your Fido website to let you know how wonderful she is. I always dread having to call a company’s number because it is usually not a pleasant experience. First of all, today with Fido, a voice recording told me I would be hold for longer than normal, but actually I was not on hold that long at all.

Then Pascale came on and I just have to say, she was so good, she was that fantastic a professional and emotionally intelligent representative of your company that she really should be in charge of training the rest of your Call Reps. This woman treated me like I was a valued and important customer; she made my whole week. It wasn’t just her friendly attitude, I mean she really helped me, beyond any of my expectations. What an absolute pleasure it was having her take care of me.

If you’re a smart company, do whatever it takes to keep her happy on your payroll is my advice. Thank you for your great service Fido. She is the absolute best.

I don’t understand why the rating of this great phone company is so low. They are the best. Very understanding, professional, polite and always there to help. I’ve been a customer for over 6 years and all these years they have been there for me. Managers are amazing people too. All of them. Thanks Fido. You guys are the best.

Went twice. Was quiet both times so I quickly had an employee to talk to. Employees were knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly very nice, enthusiast.
I sent my phone to reparation twice. First time was to another shop in Ahuntsic, took an hour to talk to the employee to get a very crappy phone that made my life difficult for two weeks. These guys lent me a Sony M4, a very capable phone which made the weeks go unnoticed, barely missing my G5.
I'm very satisfied and I dont get the low rating. Will go there for all my future requests

Good customer service. I know there's a long line and crowded but that it understandable. For anyone that go to this store, find Julien. He is the best customer agent right there. I already had him twice and he got the best deal and experience for me.

Been going there for years, sometimes kind of a long wait (expected since it's downtown), but at least their employees are competent.

Theres one in particular who's been working there for quite a few years... He's tall, white, shaved head - I think his name is Pascal or something - and has a french accent. I've been lucky enough to have him as a consultant on a few occasions and he's managed to be very empathetic and knows his stuff like no other!

I went in today to upgrade my phone as mine keeps cutting out on me. Currently, Fido is running a promotion that allows you to trade in an old phone for a minimum $400 discount on an LG G6. Jason and Jonathan were EXTREMELY helpful in this and really took the time to help me out. I cannot thank them enough and they definitely retained me as a customer for a long time. Please pass along my thanks!

Great service and very friendly staff. My phone was totally broken and I didn't know which plan and phone to get that would be fair for me. Mathieu was very helpful, explained everything and gave me good recommendations. Will definitely come back next time:)

I had a horrible day with my phone and one of the employees help me a lot I really appreciate it and the atmosphere at this particular fido is incredible and to top it off I got some chocolates really love it !
