it is amazing to work with Medelco team. They are always very efficient in services and very organized with their accounting. Lani Tromp is very supportive in sales as a Rehabilitation Product Specialist and David Addison is doing a great job in Vancouver.

I had been going back and forth with David for about 3 weeks trying to buy a specific machine- after placing the order and receiving the tracking details, I had blocked my schedule to be available to receive it (since they only do drop off delivery outside, not inside delivery). A few days later, David called me and said he'd made a mistake and that the unit would actually cost almost $3000 more than he quoted! He cancelled the delivery and my payment authorization and basically gave me a take it or leave it...

This has been a very unprofessional experience where my time and his word have no value, I wouldn't trust this company again.
