Run if you get a case worker named Alex Factor. I've had nothing but bad experiences with him as he doesn't do his research before making decisions and gets upset if you try to correct him. He wanted me to use my own gas money to drive to Abbotsford from Chilliwack for a 2 hour physio session 5 days a week when there is a perfectly good one in Chilliwack. Didn't apologize when he found out there was one much much closer to me and didn't want anything to do with me after that. He is extremely unprofessional and has been reported to his higher ups
