I had such a lovely experience buying a used Chevy Bolt here! It was an absolute pleasure to be guided by Pi through the buying process. I asked many questions and he answered them all with expertise. Buying a used car can feel like a daunting endeavour so it makes all the difference having a sales representative that is so welcoming and thoughtful.

I've wanted to make the transition to an electric vehicle for quite some time so it was just a matter of finding something in my budget. I'm very grateful to Pi and the Eagle Ridge team for helping find the perfect car for me!

Had my truck in the service department. All repairs done on schedule, got a free shuttle ride from my work to the dealership. Highly recommend dealing with Sayed. He kept me posted on everything with the truck, what parts were needed, what the next steps were going to be, and what to expect at my next service. Sayed is easy to talk to, to the point and friendly. One little thing to point out is the service parking lot is very cramped!!

I rarely leave reviews unless the service is exceptional and this is one of those cases. Recently bought a new Chev Trax 2024 at Eagle Ridge GM through the help of Josh.

I was looking for specific features and style when I first contacted Josh on facebook, he kept me on his radar and let me know when a model that fit my criteria was coming in. While I had to wait for the new vehicle to arrive on the lot, he kept me updated and was great with communication. I was able to hold the vehicle with a deposit of only $500 which was fully refundable in case I didn’t like the vehicle. It was a very easy process and gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t locked in but still had the vehicle if I wanted. Josh also hooked me up with a $200 esso gift card which really made it all worthwhile.

Josh is very cheerful, courteous, competent, knowledgeable and was amazing to work with. He made the process so easy and always kept me informed. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks to Josh in sales and Kathy in finance. I look forward to working with him and Eagle Ridge GM again.

I recently bought a truck through Josh and Ruel. I learned a lot as this is my first vehicle of my own. Absolutely impressed with the service and attention to personal concerns when dealing with trucks. Josh was who we initially touched base with via messenger. His response time was so awesome and after hours as well. You don't get that very often. We initially were just going to "drive by" because we have been through the ringer, dealing with our trade in 2017 Tundra. We skeptically stopped in, just to see what the deal was....couple hours later and some back and forth.....they respectively offered us what we were looking for in the amount of our trade in and we walked away with a new 2023 GMC 3500....sight un-seen I must add. It was in for PDI and hadn't even been on the market yet. Josh was the one kept us on the hook and interested with his easy going personality and great questions. We were next passed to "Big Rudy", on the accounting side of things to put it all together. He could not have made the transaction easier. We ended up with many options to customize our new ride (lift, wrap & custom interior) and could not have been happier. They are genuinely good natured people who want to help you. I highly recommend people to check them out if you're looking for a new vehicle. They're honest, well manner people. The purchase was smooth, hassle free and enjoyable. Highly recommend going to Eagle Ridge GM! I had a great time working with Josh during the purchase of my vehicle, very accommodating to their customers also quick to answer any questions and concerns that you may have. First time buyer at Eagle Ridge. My sales rep Nech was quite friendly and personable. He provided an excellent test drive route to take the car I was interested in on a
drive, that led to my making an offer.

As with any major purchase, paperwork is always a tad tedious but Eagle Ridge moved it along, right down to my plates and insurance. And, off I went in my new to me vehicle. Love it!

We Purchased a 2024 LT Black Chevy Trax for our daughter so she can get herself to University.Buy from Pi and won’t be disappointed! We did our research, knew what we wanted to buy and what price we wanted to pay. Unfortunately the first Dealership we went to was unable to help us. Eagle Ridge GM is the place you need to go. No game playing here… The amazing Customer Service right from the get go.Our phone conversation with our salesman Pi Shei aka Assistant Sales Manager to how we were greeted and treated when we walked in and met him in person. Friendly, Listened to us , knowledgeable about the Trax, no hard pressure sales and the respect he showed to both of us I had not seen for a while.We met Bonnie who did our insurance. Very pleasant experience to buy a vehicle! Pi is such a good representative who are well understood what we need and patiently test drive with me and never push me to make a decision. Cheerfully, we got our brand new GMC SIERRA by the end of the year!

Couldnt be happier, in this time where getting New cars are hard Josh Frith got us a new Terrain fully loaded at an exceptional price. And when the car was late he gave us a loaner couldn’t be happier. good service, kept us updated where our car was in from factory floor to the water to docking here. all in all from the insurance broker Desmond to finance everyone was super friendly and not pushy!

I had a great experience purchasing my new car from this dealership. Nadia was my salesperson - she was always available to help with my questions and concerns and was very easy to talk to throughout the process. I worked with Erin for financing and she really helped simplify the finance part and made it feel much less intimidating.

The team at eagle ridge was welcoming even brought water to my dog Luci. Josh was super helpful in getting me into my next truck. Very knowledgeable while showing me all the available options and letting me make the choice for myself.

Our sales rep Ehsan and sales manager Brian did a phenomenal job in getting us our factory-ordered 2022 Buick Envision Avenir. Not only did we receive a great trade-in offer, but were also given extras such as $200 gas cards, cargo & floor mats in addition to mud flaps.
What a beautiful ride. Also should be mentioned is the excellent GM service team that delivers prompt and good mechanical work.
We just wish we had a bigger garage so we could buy a Tahoe or Yukon Denali too !!
