Best clinic I’ve been to. Dr Engbers really cares about her patients. She provides useful info and solutions to any health issues or questions I’ve had throughout the years. Never had to wait too long. They’re very organized and hygienic.

I'm with NP Chelsea Bruce as my primary practionioner, she is great and knowledgeable. She listens to all my concerns and is very on top of ordering all my prenatal tests. She finished ordering all tests necessary up to 20 weeks at 10 weeks, while I look for a maternity provider. Too bad she can't deliver babies. I look forward to follow up with her after delivery!

Chelsey Bruce has been our Family Nurse Practitioner for years and she is amazing. So lucky to have her and the great staff at Pine Tree looking out for our family.

We've been following Dr. Christine Lee for 5 years. She is always gentle, kind yet very efficient. Daughter has complex chronic conditions, she is always listening, remembering details, answering all my questions, and often trying to comfort. She cares about her patient and makes me feel supported. I'm so glad she is back now. And the receptionists are also very friendly and doing a good job. Love them all!

It was wonderful experience with nurse Melissa😍 She is so kind and helpful. I'm not good at English but she speaks clearly for me.
And she answered me all questions even after consultation.

Dr. Engbers has been one of the best doctors I’ve had. Both my husband and I felt comfortable from the first time we met her. She listens, is kind, and I have never felt rushed. Office staff have been great and love the fact that I can book online.

Dr Kennedy Engbers is one of the best Doctors i've ever had. She never rushes you and yet she is always running on time. Very friendly and just such a caring doctor. Can't say enough about her. Sydney use to work the front desk and was awesome but i haven't seen her in a few month. Other ladies not as friendly .

Dr Gina Zheng is amazing. Caring and sincerely interested in her patients. She always takes time to listen and answer any questions I may have.
The clinic has an easy online booking system and I've never had any problems calling to make an appointment.

The MOA staff at this location is so sweet and kind. Since the opening I've managed to already see my doctor twice thanks to their help. Given the circumstances (construction delays) they are trying the best they can while maintaining a professional attitude. FYI, on another note, Dr. Johnny Lee is amazing! He is so knowledgable and sincerely cares about his patients. I find that this clinic is great at updating their patients on their website too. Coming from an older clinic where the MOA staff was absolutely rude and awful, the service here is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful! Cheers!

I see Dr. Kennedy Engbers here and absolutely love her! It is very hard to find a good family Doctor so I am very lucky and blessed to have her. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

My family doctor is Chelsea Bruce. She must be the best doctor in lower mainland. She has every characteristics that doctor should have. I am truly grateful to have her.

Dr. Kennedy is the best doctor!! She's super nice and always takes the time to explain everything. She is very kind with our new born and takes the time to do her check ups.

My wife goes to Dr. Kennedy Engbers and loves her. She never has to wait long and she finds Dr. Engbers to be very caring and compassionate. This is a very nice office as well.

NPs are just as knowledgeable as the GPs and can diagnose and prescribe medications. No need to be on the waitlist for GPs. Chelsea cares for her patients and is willing to spend extra time to diagnose. Happy with this clinic! New and clean environment.

Dr. Johnny Lee is awesome, the assistants are getting better with booking appointments (it was rough at the clinic opening), new office is very clean and bright.

Excellent clinic - they don't accept walk-ins so only registered patients. The reception is friendly and our doctor is excellent.
